I bought the Casio F-91W-1JF for £15.99 and it’s been great for such a low price. It’s very light, simple to use, and does exactly what I need – time, alarm, and stopwatch. The LED light is a bit dim, but still useful in the dark. It doesn’t feel premium, but that’s expected at this price. With Amazon Prime, delivery was quick and the return option is reassuring. Overall, it’s a reliable, no-fuss watch that just works.

I ordered two of these and this one arrived first. I immediately noticed that the buttons were stiff and one was sticking. Also that one of the pins holding the strap on was the wrong way around. When the second one arrived (direct from amazon, not a re seller as this one is) the differences were clear. The second one felt much higher quality and the screen viewing angle (see photo) is completely different. At this point I felt I should open the case back (see photo) and discovered that it does not have a branded battery that Casio usually use (Panasonic or Sony etc.).

Amazing watch for the price. Does everything I need. The light isn't very bright for checking the time at night, but that's a minor niggle. Fantastic value.

Vermutlich eines der wenigen Uhrenmodelle, die man gleichermaßen sowohl bei Managern, hartgesottenen Arbeitern, Sportlern aller Art und bei Spezialkräften von Militär-/ und Polizeieinheiten am Handgelenk erspähen könnte. Jung und Alt tragen sie. Diese Uhr passt einfach in fast jede Lebensphase, zu fast allen Lebensumständen. Und sollte sie doch mal in einer etwas schickeren Ausführung benötigt werden, so gibt es sie auch in silber und gold. Dieses Modell ist aus gutem Grund über Jahrzehnte hinweg zu einem Kult-Staus empor geklommen. Simpel. Robust. Verlässlich. Casio halt.

Offerte à mon petit, cette Casio F91W est tout simplement un must. Elle est légère, fiable, facile à lire, et surtout très résistante : parfaite pour une première montre. L’alarme, le chrono et le rétroéclairage suffisent largement pour un jeune enfant. Elle tient bien au poignet, le bracelet est confortable, et la pile tient des années. Un grand classique à petit prix, toujours aussi efficace. Idéale pour apprendre à lire l’heure sans se prendre la tête.
