Hi, No, the headset turns off once connected to the charging source. Sony support UK

Why doesnt mine turn on for hours after charging? anyone else had issues with it not turning on after charging for quite some time?

Hi Mart, We're sorry to hear this! Charging is supposed to be completed in about 3 hours and the red indicator turns off automatically as clarified here: https://cutt.ly/bFvWdBC, and you are able to turn on the Headphones normally. If this is not the case, try resetting and initializing the Headphones by following the steps described here: https://cutt.ly/2FvEaAQ & https://cutt.ly/xFvEgdI as an attempt of rectifying the issue. If the issue is still disrupting you, we'd love to offer extra assistance. Feel free to contact us by following this link: https://cutt.ly/DFvExao, we will gladly assist you further! Sony Support UK
