Does help with back pain from sciatica and helps with support
I love it. I use it in my home and my truck for back support. Will be buying another one soon. Haven’t used the warm or cooling pad yet but I still love it without. Takes most of the pain away while driving and sitting on my couch

Best Cushion I’ve Tried
I’ve tried a few different ones, and this is by far the best. Very comfortable, holds well on the chair, and the shape is just right. I even use it on my armchair when reading. It feels firm, durable, and well-made — like it will last a long time. Also great that I could use my FSA for it. Very happy with this purchase!

It's really helping!
My husband had a bad fall about 7 weeks ago, injured his rib cage, especially where they attach to the spine. His old lumbar support cushions were not comfortable any more. He experimented with pillows, etc., so so result. I ordered this for him because it has options for softer or firmer support and heat and cold therapy. Plus it has a gel center. We've had it 3 days now and he loves it. The backing on it is solid wood so that gives better support than the previous ones that would form to the chair behind it. He has the firmness he needed and it has made a huge difference in his comfort while sitting in his recliner. Hasn't used the heat or cold therapy yet but glad it is an option. I would recommend this product to anyone struggling with lumbar area pain or discomfort. Haven't had it long enough to attest to durability but it appears very well built. Oh, and the cover is removable and washable!

Great back support
Has great support and the gel insert can be heated and froze which is super nice. The heat and or cool lasts quite awhile, it's great quality.you can also remove a mini cushion if it's too much support for you.

FSA approved!
Works for my chair at work. There are 2 problems with it. The strap buckles slide and won't stay tightened. So, I had to use binder clips to keep the buckle from sliding. Also, every time I get up and sit back down the cushion slides down and I have to pull it up. Other than those 2 issues it serves it's purpose.
