Cracked
Arrived with numerous cracks, these quickly grew from small 3” cracks to over 14” in the mater of two days. Disappointed, expected better craftsmanship for the price we paid. We can return it but it’s a huge hassle and my son is disappointed that we have to send it back.

Major cracking after 2.5 months of purchase
Loved the gift, receiver loved the gift and it is a beautiful piece. But after 2.5 months purchase there has been major cracking in the bamboo body and impacts the playing capability of a the piece. This instrument has only been play twice by the way.

Je sais de quoi je parle : il y a beaucoup d’années j’ai fabriqué un didgeridoo maison en bamboo, et en tenant compte de l’achat du bamboo, la cire pour l’embouchure, et la main d’oeuvre, j’arrivais facilement à 120 Euros. C’est quasi le double du prix. En plus, ici il y a en plus livré avec un beau sac de transport en coton. Question son, mon didgeridoo maison a la même note DO que celui-ci (un hasard), mais ce didgeridoo-ci a un son très légèrement supérieur ; il faut une fine oreille pour l’entendre. Difficulté supplémentaire : pour faire son propre didgeridoo en bamboo, ce n’est pas évident d’’arriver à trouver un tronc de bamboo qui est de la bonne taille. Le mien était d’origine sensé être un tuteur pour plantes. Bref, ‘affectivement’ je préfère mon didgeridoo maison sans hésiter car il y a le plaisir de l’avoir construit de mes propres mains, mais question qualité, et beauté visuel de l’instrument, j’arrive légèrement après celui que j’ai acheté ici via Amazon. J’oubliais presque le principal : le son de ce didgeridoo-ci est magnifique (tout comme le mien fait maison), et l’avantage d’un didgeridoo en bamboo est qu’il est léger, donc jouable facilement, même en marchant, ce qui peut être intéressant pour les thérapies à base de sons.

Never touched one of these instruments before but my son is very musically inclined. We gave it to him for his 15th birthday. He picked it up. We watched a few videos on how to play this instrument and right away. It sounds great very good quality I definitely recommend this to anybody looking for a good instrument.
