This wig is horrendous! If you are looking for something you can wear a second time this is NOT the wig for you. The wig cap that the hair is seen into is like weed blocking fabric you’d use on your landscaping and come so bumpy that it won’t lie flat on your head if it even fits your head which it probably won’t! It is so cheap. Do NOT buy - a waste of money and I bought so long ago in preparation for the our costume that I can’t get my money back now!

My 8 year old daughter wore this wig for her Wednesday Addams costume this year. The pigtails are really thick and we put it on a mannequin for a couple weeks before wearing it because it was a little mis-shaped from shipping - but overall - it worked great!If you are an adult - this might be a tight fit on your head.

First things first -- the woman in the product photo is NOT wearing this wig. The wig really looks nothing like this. The braids sit in front of the ear and are much, much thicker than what is shown here. They do not taper at all, like natural hair would, and they are blunt at the ends. Also, they are wrapped with black ribbon, not rubberbands.That said -- it is a decent wig for the price. Not great, but also not terrible. It would work well for other costumes -- Frida Kahlo (just cross the braids on top), Princess Leia (wrap the braids into buns), or other looks needing dark brown/black braids.

I do not have a large head so this fits perfectly but I would say that technically it runs small because hats/headbands usually run a little large on me. The braids are thick and you cannot see any of the netting or my actual hair through this wig. I am impressed with both the quality and price, would highly recommend as I got lots of compliments when I wore it for my Wednesday Addams costume!

I purchased this for a costume and while I am a petitie woman (5'3) it did not fully fit on my head. It either was short in the front or back. The photo for the product shows an adult but this is sized more for a child. Plus there was a lump at the top so it did not sit flush and I looked like I had a pointy head. Definitely not the look I was going for.
