Yes it does ! Fit like just like OEM and mine is a 2007 Eddie Bauer Explorer.... You can’t beat the price ... make sure you save all the nuts from your original one and can be transferred to the new one

Does this item bring the clips to be attached to the hood?

It came with one, I used one of the old ones to fit it

We have a 2006 Explorer Limited & this part did fit perfectly. I would suggest reusing any existing clips that you can save or go buy some new clips. The chrome molding piece ships with only a couple of clips & I wanted a few more to ensure it was securely installed on the hood.
