Got tired of plastic storage that got stained with tomato products and were much more difficult to keep clean. These are so nice! Easy to clean, I don't feel like they're gonna melt in the microwave AND I had one fall off my counter and the only thing that broke was part of the latch for the lid. So they're also really sturdy.

These are perfect for food prep/lunch prep. They stack well and hold a good amount.

These bowls are actually very good. Some similar bowls have handles that are too easy to open or too hard, but these have really good airtight security. This is my third purchase. I use them for food storage and packing a lunch. I'm buying more because I discovered that I'd rather use these in the freezer than bags. One bowl fell out of the freezer and did not break; the plastic lid broke but tej glass was fine. The small bowl fits perfectly inside the larger one and they stack on top perfectly. When I get more storage space I will buy a fourth set.

Update 10/30/2020Bought another set and received it last night. Glad to find that they have updated their packaging for delivery. My older set still works great, just have more stuff that I need to store; mainly dried goods for cooking.----Update 5/28/2020I had contacted C-Crest through e-mail about the container with a chip. Their customer service is amazing. Not only did they reply quickly but also gave me options of receiving a refund or replacement. I chose a replacement. My replacement arrived today and not just the 34oz container, but the whole 10 pack. As noted by their customer service, one of the container's lid arrived damaged. However, this is all due to shipping.----These containers arrived for me 3 days ago on 5/5/2020. I've only noticed today that one of the 34oz containers had a small chip on the lip of the glass. However, I didn't even noticed it as I had hand washed them, as with all glass products they can be a bit slippery, the day they arrived and stored food in most of them. Since the lid snaps on 4 different sides you'll need to make sure that the lid sits properly before you can snap it on so that it can close tightly and securely. The plastic that the lids are made of are pretty thick so it doesn't seem like they'll be easily broken. The weight of the containers make them feel very sturdy. Thus far, they are a great product and awesome quality for the price.

I like the larger size containers for food storage. However, the rubber gaskets that seal the lid to the container keep popping out. It takes some time to put them back in since I have to stretch them back in. This is my first experience with these containers so maybe this is the norm.

The containers were well packed and all arrived in perfect shape; given the care in packaging, I'm surprised at the number of negative reviews complaining of damage. On the other hand, watching our delivery person for a nation-wide service, I'm amazed that anything survives his savage handling. Our old glass containers have lids with solid hinges, which are beginning to harden, despite never seeing the inside of a dishwasher, and are difficult to lock down. I ordered these partly because of the open hinges. They are easier to snap down and the seal is quite good, partly due to the round shape and squishiness of the gaskets. Unllike our old containers, these come in just two different sizes, which we have found to be a good thing: no more searching through lids to find the one way back there in the cupboard that fits the container.Overall, we're very satisfied! Only time will reveal how they hold up, so I didn't rate the durability and sturdiness of the containers. They appear to be well made and the fit and finish are quite good. While thinner than our old containers, they are shallower, so that should make damage less likely. The relative shallowness makes them easier to stack in the cupboard and fridge.

Durability

For anyone wondering how well these stack/nest when you try to store them: each smaller container can nest inside the larger container no problem. If you'd like to stack all of the same size together, though, they fit one on top of the other but don't nest at all so you won't save much vertical space trying to store them that way. If that's important to you, these may not be for you.

The containers were the perfect size for breakfasts and lunches for me to prepare for my aging father. They are easy to clean afterwards. The only small thing I’ll mention is that the silicone seal can easily come out of the lid’s track but can also easily go back in so it’s not an issue because you can take opportunity to clean in the groves. The company sounds like they are very willing to help if you were to have any issue by simply contacting them directly - haven’t had to, though.

Honestly, these are more expensive then buying local. I am all about local BUT the local ones are such a pain to close. They feel like you are fighting with them to close them. These just close so easily. Just press lightly on them and they are closed. That is worth the extra money for me. No idea about leakage as you can see from my photo I bought them to store my frozen fruit and veggies. 1 of those bags JUST fits the larger glass container though. Those bags were such a pain and took so much room and now I have extra room and everything fits and easy to see.

these arrived today. they were well packaged but the lids seems flimsy so i filled a container with water to test the waterproofness and it leaked significantly :( tested a second container and it also leaked, so i'm returning these. very disappointing as the glass looks good.

The glass seems strong and temperature resistant. I like the hinges on the lids because they won't wear out from bending back and forth. The downsides to these are I wish the smaller size ones were a little bigger and the seal would stay on the lid a little better. Sometimes when I am cleaning them or taking the lid off part of the seal slips.
