Ravioli Stamp Maker Cutter with Roller Wheel Set, Mold with Wooden Handle and Fluted Edge, Pasta Press Kitchen Attachment (MF-12456)

I bought the 4 piece ravioli cutters. Comes with 1 large square, 1 large circular, 1 smaller circular and a rolling cutter. I used all of them but ended up using the larger circular one the most. The handles are nice and sturdy and the notches provide a proper seal to the ravioli without any further work. I would like to get a smaller cookie scoop to better make use of the smaller circular cutter. Your ravioli will expand as it cooks. These ravioli come out pretty big. 6 ravioli would make a hearty portion size. Probably 5 of the large squares. Overall, I'm happy with these and would buy them again.

This works okay, but I haven't used it as much as I thought I would. The raviolis are a bit small when made with the stamp, and we like them a little larger. Having said that, there is nothing wrong with the product and in time I'm sure that we will find more uses for these tools.

I don’t know what took me so long to order this! These ravioli stamps are amazing! They are so easy to use! I love everything about this set! After the dough is rolled out, whether it be by hand or your pasta roller, I flour the surface, Lay my first sheet down, and on that sheet, I use cookie cutters that are just slightly larger than the stampers and cut them out on both sheets. I then place filling that it is not going to run through the sides. I’ve done take the other sheet place it over and stamp it. If you press enough, the stamp will go right through and you can lift the remaining dough over the ravioli cutter. I thought it would be time-consuming, but it actually isn’t. I take the remaining dough and make extras. If there is not much left of the dough, I just use the circle cuddle which is a slight bit smaller. I found I didn’t have to dip the stamper in flour because it cut easily for me, but you can if you so choose. Next time I make ravioli. I will do a short video the size the shape. I thought these would be cheaply made, but they’re actually very durable. The size is perfect. Definitely worth every penny.

These are so easy to use and work great! We started making our own ravioli at home after my daughter is more sensitive to gluten and these are the perfect cutters. My daughter loves the shapes too.

The stamps aren’t sharp enough to break through the dough, but the slicer is awesome! I’ve been using the stamps as an outline to then cut.

Absolutely love this! It has made pasta cutting easy it also works great for making homemade crackers. It works with different dough texture and is extremely well built.

I'm keen to start making my own pasta and ravioli - so I purchased these to try. I didn't want to spend a lot of money, if I wasn't going to be making it very often, but I was amazed at the quality. They are really solid and very well made. Highly recommend.
