very baggy for ballet
These shoes arrived in the wrong box. I ordered a size 13 and received (in a size 13 box) a pair of 12.5 shoes. Either way the shoes were so wide, that even cinched up as tightly as possible, they weren't even something my daughter could grow into. The quality of the shoes seems fine. The color is not really pink, even ballet pink, but is more of a peach. I am sending them back and hoping to find a pair of narrows. If your daughter has narrow feet, I do not recommend these shoes. They seem to run long also, as I was replacing a much to small 11.5 (from ABT) and the 12.5's were like boats.

Good fitting ballet slipper
I was very hesitant buying shoes online, but these are perfect. I went a half size up from my daughters shoe size and they fit great with a little room to grow. The top ties and makes the fit better if they are a little loose. Color is ballet pink as expected, love the split sole, quality is great. They will for sure last the year. Cheaper than the ones in the dance store.I would buy these again. My daughter wears a size 9 toddler and I bought a size 9 1/2. They fit great with room to grow. I could've ordered the 9 and they would have fit perfectly but she would have grown out of them by the recital time in the spring.

Works great, buy up a size
They were a little more tan than pink to me, but that's not a big deal. My daughter is currently a true size 6 in shoes and i bought these in 8.5 listening to other reviewers. The 8.5 are a tiny bit big but they stayed on which is what's important. Just for reference my daughter is 2yrs 3mo right now.

Different Insoles! Very wide.
The two shoes I received look the same, but they have different insoles! One shoe says So Danca on the insole and the other shoe says Theatricals! They both say made in Dominican Republic and they appear to be the same size and material but the insoles have me wondering if I received two different shoes. As for sizing, due to suggestions, I ordered a size up. The length is perfect, but they are VERY wide and loose. These would be great for wide width feet. For a child with average width or narrow width, your only hope will be to pull the strings as tight as possible and hope for the best!

show is good for kids but...
the show is soft and supple and is all leather outside so should age well compared to the fabric one, for kids this is a really good shoe, though the size 8.5M is the same as a size 6 US kid size shoe.

Perfect for Budding Ballerinas!
Bought these for my little ballerina. They lasted until the end of class and are still going strong. I had a hard time deciding between full sole and split sole, but I'm glad I went with these because the full sole weren't as comfortable for my little one. She still wears them for play, and sometimes falls asleep in them, so they must be really comfortable!

Great ballet shoes!!
Great pair of ballet shoes!! Excellent quality for the price in my opinion. I got a size 10.5 for my daughter who wears a 10 in street shoe. It has a little room in the front for her to grow in too. I love the feel of the shoe and the sole and the inner sole is super soft. Very impressed. Thank you!!

Great quality for the price!
Great quality for the price, sizing is similar to sneaker sizing. For example, my daughter wears a 13 in tennis shoes but only an 11.5/12 in Willits or Footmates dress shoes and she wears a 13 in these. Leather ballet shoes are supposed to fit snugly, with the expectation that the leather will stretch and mold to the foot.
