Easy on the hand, reliable
This slot puncher was a life saver. It punched about 2000 student ID cards in a month with no issues other than the card guide would loosen. Other slot punchers were very hard on the hand, while this one you can hold in your hand or use it on the table like a stapler. This replaced a very difficult hand held metal punch that snapped in half from over-use! Very reliable and easy to use!

The best tool to easily create hanging holes for vertical blinds!
I love my vertical blinds, but I have one complaint: my dog keeps pulling it on them and tearing the hanging hole. (Once he pull out and brake 4 blinds in one day.) Every time this happened, I would cut the torn hanging holes where they no longer exist and make new holes with a sharp utility knife. The hole punch I purchased this time makes holes that are longer than the actual holes in the blinds, but it still works without any problems. You don't need to use much force when punching. By gently gripping the handle, you can create artistic holes. I am very happy with this product.

Breaks easily
Received this afternoon and it's already broken. I thought since it's made for hard plastic it would be easy to use as a hole puncher on soft plastic that a regular hole puncher can't get through. Which it was. But not even twenty punches in and it's broken/jammed and won't reopen. The handle moves but the punch part itself is jammed into the bottom as shown in the photo. There seems to be no way to take the top apart and fix the lever or un-jam it. Waste of money.

Sturdy and dependable
Have used this alot at work for creating hospital quick tip badges for my unit. Works great. Very sturdy and dependable. There is no real guide to where to punch the hole, kinda just eyeball it each punch. Punches one badge at a time. Would recommend.
