Yakami Orchard 100 % Pure Japanese Yuzu Juice 12 Oz. / 375 Ml (Pack of 3)

This is really very good. The flavor is great with nice aromatics and citrus notes similar to Kumquat with its mild sweetness. I suppose one could substitute with w/ Meyer lemon mixed with orange but there is a subtle difference in the Yuzu that I find appealing. I came in at 4 stars because this juice is cloudy with some particulates. That's not a huge issue for me because I make sauces with it. I'm recently retired from the restaurant industry and have friends that bar tend at upscale venues and they want clarified juice so they'd look for another version. Anyhow, if you're looking for Yuzu then you probably already know what you're doing so you can safely buy this. As to price, I can't comment. Taste overrides price at this level.
