The capsules are clear and I can see the substance inside, The ingredient list is very small, only three other ingredients are included aside from the collagen complex. The collagen comes from a cow. The label indicates that it's hydrolyzed collagen type I and III. My body can absorb this easier. I am quite comfortable with this product because the animals are grain fed. I also like that I have the option to take this once or twice a day. I can also choose to take it with or without meals. I am excited about the benefits that I can receive in my joints, hair, nails and skin!

What a great deal for collagen vitamins. I love collagen in general it helps improve your skin and hair which is something everyone could use. These pills are easy to swallow, don’t leave a bad aftertaste and who can get mad at the BOGO deal?!

At first I took one in the morning and one at night, and I only noticed a very slight difference. When I increased the dose to 2 in the morning and 2 at night I noticed a big difference. My skin was more plump, lines decreased. My final thoughts are the product works good, but I do wish I could get the result without having to add 4 pills a day to my routine. Its convenient for me in the capsules though because I travel a lot, and ultimately I decided to keep using the product.
