I recently purchased the Havells Opal 3 Litre ISI Marked Star Vertical Instant Water Heater, and overall, it’s been a great addition to my bathroom. Here's what I liked and what could be improved: Pros: Compact Design: The vertical design makes it perfect for smaller bathrooms where space is at a premium. It's sleek and doesn't take up too much room. Fast Heating: The water heats up very quickly—within a couple of minutes—so I never have to wait long for a hot shower. Energy Efficient: With the ISI mark and 5-star energy rating, it’s energy efficient, which helps keep electricity bills in check. Safety Features: It has good safety features like auto-cut off and anti-corrosion, which adds peace of mind. Quality Build: The build quality is sturdy, and it feels like a reliable product from a trusted brand like Havells. Cons: Capacity: While 3 litres is sufficient for a quick shower, it might not be ideal for larger families or people who need continuous hot water. It’s better suited for single or small family use. Water Pressure Dependency: The performance can depend on your home’s water pressure. If your water pressure is low, the heating time may vary. Overall, it’s a solid product, especially for its price range. I’m happy with my purchase, and I would recommend the Havells Opal 3 Litre water heater to anyone looking for an instant, space-saving water heating solution. The minor issues are easily outweighed by its efficiency and reliability.

Good product

The hot water pipe attached to the Havells geyser got disconnected suddenly while the water was fully heated. I was just inches away from the steaming hot water suddenly bursting out from the disconnected pipe. If such a hot water had touched the skin, it would have easily resulted in a permanent skin burn or worse. I should have known Havells is a ceiling fan company and won't be close to the quality and safety as any other renowned geyser brand. Going forward I'll only buy ceiling Fans from the Havells company.

My 4.5 KW &1 ltr product performance is good. And Instant hot water is also. but it is for bucket bath use only and Hot water temperature is controlled by tap flow only, If we need 40° hot water to bath in 20° out side temperature , than hot water out put is only 4 ltr per minute, it is some time consumable. but worth to buy..😊👌

Thermostat problem right from day 1. Some Technical person not loyal to company and customer. Then I call other technician person in Havells for changing thermostat. Worst service from branded dealers

It is a nice product which is easy to install, looks good and heats water quickly.
