I did not receive any Catheter attachment with my order. Only received the additional injection patches. And the arm's are hold on with screws not what I expected.

The pictures and descriptions are not for the correct manikin...
I've purchased this for training staff. The manikin that you receive is not the one pictured. There is not rubber band joints they are screwed in through all joints. There is also bolts going through the neck with screws/nuts on each side. This manikin is not one you would want if you need to transport it, unless you want to carry a full size manikin and have people asking you why you're carrying a body around in a bag. My only response I really got back was that the one I received is updated..... Again that was not what I wanted. Keep in mind we have one of these manikins already.... The actual one in the picture. Fix what your pictures are and your description.... This manikin is being sent back!
