We build models for people all over the world for a business so it important that a machine does good work. .We have a bigger vacuum machine for large projects,but wanted a smaller machine for small model building. We received this machine,and it came well packed. I am really happy with the performance of the vacuum former! IS NOT SAME LIKE THE PICTURE

not for commercial lab use
The heating element takes very long to heat up. This machine weighs much less than a commercial built one. It is ok if you do not use everyday. Not made like commercial built unit.
