I really like the camera, it does the job for us but some people might want more.Pros.Nice, clear image qualityCan hear baby perfectly wellCons.There's a constant white noise kind of sound on the receiving unit i.e what the parent hears so it doesn't disturb baby and it doesn't particularly bother us but I'm just not sure it's supposed to make the noise, it could be that all baby cams do this I don't know. You can still hear baby perfectly clear and the tick tocking of the clock in her room which isnt near the microphone so it must be good but its just a bit annoying sometimes until you get used to it then it probably helps us to sleep actually lol.There's no option to turn the night mode off manually. The night vision is very good but it detects when to turn to night vision it's self and because we have the baby's door open with the landing light on I actually think the picture would be better without the night vision. I would at least have liked to seen the difference and chose which Mode to use myself instead of the unit deciding but it is still a good image and is very good in daylight.

First and foremost, I liked the fact that it was intuitive and easy to use - didn't read any documentation but just hooked everything up and figured it out very easy which was nice. The image quality is really impressive and I really like the night vision. It will be nice to use the "talk" feature in future when my son gets older...can tell him to go back to bed without going to his room :)... The range seems very good so far and I haven't had any issue with connection throughout the house. The pan and zoom functions on the camera are easy to operate. Also, like that, I can move easily move the camera bit around the house. This was somewhat on the high side but I felt more comfortable spending a little more and really getting a quality product.

These cameras are brilliant! I spent ages researching which baby monitor to get and I wanted to be able to have one upstairs and one downstairs so I could watch her in the day too as you can’t hear things very well in our house. The only negative is that on the instructions it shows an incorrect symbol so took me a while to figure out how to change between the cameras once I had paired both, so if you have this problem, it’s the middle button, which will change to stay on either camera or on a regular rotation depending on how many times you press it and the symbol shows at the top of screen to show which one it is set on. Very easy to set up, clear picture and the the night vision is great! Definitely hasn’t disappointed!

We bought this monitor before the birth of our second child. We only started using it a few weeks ago and it is already unusable. Both cameras overheat a lot. One of the cameras has a faulty on/off button so it doesn't switch on reliably. If only one camera is on, the monitor isn't smart enough only connect to the active camera so we can't even use it as a normal single camera baby monitor. All in all we're now going to have to buy a different monitor. Save yourself a lot of stress, money and time, and just buy a different monitor.

I bought this 6 months ago, while I was pregnant, but only started using it a couple of weeks ago. I love the picture quality, sound quality, and ease of use, but my problem is that the monitor had started flashing white every minute or 2. It's distracting, and not ideal considering I bought it so I could watch my baby, but my view is constantly disrupted. Very disappointing.

Bought this hoping to get a second camera someday (which is still not sold separately).The power cord for the camera is much too short, barely reaches from the floor outlet to a suitable height to capture the full baby cot.After about a year of use, the monitor charging connection is faulty and it will no longer charge.Okay display while it lasted, would occasionally cut out but only for a second. Decent video quality.Really enjoyed the power save feature- works very well for overnight.

Of the two cameras, the first had adequate visual quality as long as we stayed in the same room. Coming downstairs it failed to connect most of the time, even in the room directly below. The second camera failed to hold signal for more than 10 seconds, even when placed one inch from the monitor. I followed the trouble shooting tips to no avail.The sound activation is inconsistent. While it was set off by a small noise on one I occasion, I later stood a foot away shouting and clapping without the monitor coming on.User controls are clunky and often slow to respondNeedless to say, I have returned

We purchased this for our granddaughter late last year, it developed a fault which I have reported to the distributor, manufacturer and again three times with the distributor, each time no response.I would certainly not recommend this product or the company UrbanPro if you are in the market for a baby monitor, this is a waste of £80.By local if you can at least then you can take it back and get some customer service.Rubbish!
