A few years ago I started sweetening my whipped creams with honey instead of sugar. It gives it a deeper, richer flavor that changes depending on the location the honey is made, and is especially nice when paired with dark Mexican vanilla.Tonight I used this Coffee Blossom Honey I picked up in Anchorage this summer. I needed a whipped cream to top a chocolate custard, and omg, it was amazing. Perfectly decadent, with light coffee notes.I also love using it flavored teas. It's a uniquely beautiful flavor that I hope is in stock soon, because this jar won't last long...
