Some chocolate were broken in halfThe inside of the box was a mess and spoilt the whole effect,The flavour wasn’t great eitherJust a bad box which was such a shame as I love Thorntons chocolates

It's a big box of choc's by a decent brand. What else is there to say

Box was already opened
I love Thornton chocs _ but the box itself had obviously been opened and then badly taped shut. Because of this the chocolates didn’t taste right or fresh at all. I want a refund.
