So, at 61 years old and multiple injuries and surgeries to my left knee and leg...I hit the wall in May. Hardly able to walk any longer I went through the series of joint supplement shots, 5 to be exact. No good. With walking and attempting to continue going up and down stairs and make it through the day, I continued with severe pain, so much so that my lower back began to hurt all the time as well. Back to the doctor who told me I was bone on bone. My x-ray with a giant screw already in place from a past injury, looked awful. Bone spurs and yep, bone on bone in the joint. I was wearing a tens unit turned wide open all day long and still looked like I was dragging a broken leg and pain with every step that I took. Looking for every option I could find I ran across this wonder. I began taking them as indicated and was also given a steriod shot in the meantime...which lasted about 3 days. Still I continued taking these. At week 4, I began to notice a difference. I am now at week 6 and my pain level has gone from a very large 10 to 11 ..to almost zero. Im walking normally, my back never hurts. I have at times experienced a little pain, maybe a 1 or 2....but 99% of the time it remains zero. So glad to have found this and still ordering. I cannot promise that it will work for everyone but for me, I am very comfortable now and surgery is off the table, thankfully. I can only hope that anyone trying this gets the same results. I will echo so other comments. Take it as directed, be patient and give it time. "Time" may be different for some, I have seen other get results faster but their condition may not have been as dire as mine. It literally does work for me and I will continue taking it as long as it will provide relief. Just to walk is such a blessing. Best wishes to anyone else thinking about trying it. I am posting this because I want anyone to know that it gave me results and I hope that it does for you as well.

After 3 weeks of packing up our house for a move, I was left with what I thought was carpal tunnel but turned out to also be basal joint arthritis (where thumb joins hand) that appears to be permanent. My mother-in-law who suffers the same recommended glucosamine, and after researching options, this one seemed best. No complaints about the product in terms of its intended purpose and efficacy. The results were better than I ever could have imagined. Not only did my thumb pain clear up by the end of the first week, but my lower back pain, which I could previously only lessen with daily core exercises, also went away! I can actually sleep on my stomach and side again -- correction, I can RECLINE on my side and stomach again. Unfortunately, if I take the recommended dosage, I cannot sleep more than a few hours before waking up all wired. I tried cutting down to just one dose in the morning which helped with the sleeping, but then the pain returned within a day. I then tried taking a second dose in the afternoon, but it still kept me awake at night and there was some minor pain -- I think doses need to be spread apart. So, now I have to choose: a pain-free existence with no sleep, or sleep with ongoing pain. Sigh. Incidentally, I don't much care for the flavor of the capsules either, but it's no biggie given the pain relief they provide.

This product is fabulous. I am 71 years old. When I play golf the next day my knees would be stiff. So I did some research and ordered the Movewell. Now, any day I play golf I take two capsules of the Movewell. The next morning my knees feel great.

Disappointed that this Magnesium Glycinate has bad ingredients like maltodextrin that raises blood sugar faster than regular sugar. Also has toxic seed oils that are usually extracted with HEXANE, like Sunflower Lecithin, Palm and or Sunflower Oil. These are not active ingredients and are totally unnecessary. Why is it so hard to find anything without these nasty ingredients???

I just started this product in less than 2 weeks, on my daily walks I already noticed improvement. I will note these pills are humongous, but I also have a condition with my throat that makes them get caught. I just break the capsule open and poor it into my coffee or smoothie. I do split the dosage up 2 in the morning 2 in the evening.

GREAT STUFF WOULD BUY AGAIN

Have been taking this supplement for knee ligament pain. I believe I twisted something while climbing up and down from a stool repeatedly. After a couple of weeks it has helped with the healing along with an accupuncture treatment. I will continue to take this supplement as recommended on a daily basis as I am getting back to normal activities and exercise.
