Forrelli Rice Cakes Multigrain 3.1oz (Pack of 3) - Gluten Free & Vegan

The best nutritional value and flavor on the market (In my opinion). I also found originally at the .99 Cent store. But can’t find anymore and like them enough to pay full price on Amazon. They are priced similarly to other rice cakes at the local grocery but lower carb/calorie count and better flavor. I like the multigrain because you can taste the different grains. It isn’t for everyone, but for me (prediabetic who should stay away from high carb/calorie bread) it allows me “toast” with my eggs every day (I top with PB and fruit spread or avocado and a little oil topped with raw walnuts). I have used it also with cream cheese and veggies. It isn’t a true sandwich but it gets the job done with little impact on my carb load and blood sugar. But, it is a rice cake, if you don’t like that kind of texture, don’t buy.

Good, but not organic; made in Poland and who knows what's permissible in non-organic foods there? Don't beware, but be wary--until more information emerges.

Crazy! I've always liked these, but I buy them from the 99 cent store for a buck lol. But if you don't live in socal, or by a 99 i'd say buy them!
