Makes the time pumping fly by!
I bought the 25mm cups to go with my medela pump and have been using it for over 2 weeks now. It is way easier to use than the flanges that come with the medela kit. It fits nicely into my bra (Though I do wonder how much it'll stretch my bra) and is much more comfortable than the medela. It is also easy to clean. So far I'm using it while doing computer work at home while on maternity leave and once it's set up, I can pump comfortably while not even noticing how long I've been pumping. The only sounds that this set up makes is that of the pump running and the milk dripping into the cup. With conscientious care and set up, this product work really well.My only critique of the cups is that I wish they weren't frosted, so I could better see the contents as I pump.I also wish there was a way to have measurements on the cups, as I do like to know what my output is.**Update!**I've now been using the cups for over 5 months, print on the cups has long rubbed off, but all the parts are still in good working order. I pump 3 times a day, twice at work. No, the cups are not inconspicuous, but at work I pump in private anyways. What this does give me is general comfort. It has allowed me to take my attention off of pumping and use my breaks at work to relax. The only structural problem I've noticed is that it is hard to tell if my nipples are in the horn properly. Sometimes I don't realize it until I'm done and find out that I didn't express any milk into one cup. It means that I've had to be very conscious about positioning the cups on my breast before I take my mind off pumping. Also, I find the upkeep to be pretty easy. Once I've used them on my first break & emptied its contents into a bottle; I put the cups into a plastic bag ziplock until the next use. Then I wash the parts when I get home. It's worked out really well.

Great hands-free option
Con: a bit of a pain to clean and pouring into bottles/bags takes practice, more obvious under clothes than expetedPro: works better than a hands-free bra, I get more milk with these than the regukar pump parts, adapts really well to Medela PISA, great for simultaneous nursing/pumping.Overall: pros far outweigh the cons, and for what's available in the market this is a great option.

tried multiple times and each time these have been more hassle than just using a hands free bra
First of all, I was so excited to see something like this with such great amazon reviews. I thought surely that they would make pumping in my open area cubicle in my office discreet. However, once I received them I was really surprised by the shape of these. If you have large breasts to begin with, these are nearly impossibly to look 'discreet.' If they were more contoured to your breast, they would be much better designed. How about having cups based on your breast cup size? An A cup may use this just fine, but a woman who was a D or DD before pregnancy is going to have problems with this. Also, I think this should have smaller volume options- most women I know can not pump 8 oz from each side. This alone would cut the bulk of the product. Also, assembling these and disassembling for each use is a pain. The idea behind these is a great idea, but there are numerous design flaws. The first time I tried it, the shape and size was offsetting. The second time, I was driving and inserted them, but the fact that these are not clear made it impossible to see that something wasn't right and that it was not suctioning properly. The third time I tried them, milk leaked out of the bottom and all over my bra and shirt. Then, shortly before typing this review, I thought I had figured out all the flaws and had everything ready, and then a minute or two into pumping I look down and milk is practically to my pump in the tubing. These would be awesome if 1. They were better shaped and more discreet, 2. They were clear and not opague. 3. The tubing and valve were not near the milk collection. 4. They were less cumbersome to assemble and disassemble. 5. The pour spout had a valve, or soft plug/lid insert or something in case you forgot and leaned over.Frankly, I wish I could get my money back or that the company would follow my advice and redesign them and send them to me. Then maybe they would be worth the money. However, right now there are a lot more useful baby items I could buy with $50 that wouldn't risk ruining my $200+ breastpump. BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY

I pump more because of them!
I was not a fan when I first got them. However, as I got closer to returning to work, I started to love their convenience.Let me caveat with this- I'm an underproducer. I have IGT, and yes I've tried everything under the sun to make more milk to include dom and reglan. So, now that we've got that out of the way...These things are so convenient. Wearing nursing tops all day makes it easy for me to sneak these in and pump. Pump in the car, pump at home, it doesn't matter. And no they don't look like real boobs and honestly it makes me feel like I'm the lady from Austin Powers that has bullets shooting out of her boobs... but I will say I left the office in my military uniform with these on, pumped on my way to an event, and stayed for the event with these on. The only awkward moment was when someone hugged me, I realized in horror they must wonder why my boobs are rock hard. But whatever, these things revolutionize the way I pump, and the way I think about pumping.Cons:-Austin Powers gun lady boobies-hard "boobs" for close encounters-slight waste of milk.Pros:-Crazy convenient-Modest-Did I mention they're convenient?-Works with a pump you might already have. (I have a Medela Pump in style)I only mention the waste of milk because I'm a natzi with my milk (underproducer here) so I get OCD and after the last pump of the day before they get washed, I use a syringe to help suck every last drop.I recommend these to all moms. Seriously. Especially if you already have a medela... pay the $50 for these cups and connection kit.#savedmysanity
