hands down there is not a better blue tool do not buy the talk 45 jabra it is garbage but this one is the best of all time and I tried them all

I can type on the computer or phone with this
At work, I could not hear the phone, so when I had to talk to people, or take messages, I used the Jabra headset. I didn't know that I could do that with this headset. I had it on one day, and I noticed I could use one of these in Microsoft Word. I followed the icon to connect my headset to the computer, and it started typing things out faster than I can type!I also took notes at a meeting that they held at my desk, using this headset. I opened up Word, clicked the audio icon on the page, and it started typing out what everyone was saying. I would say that usually, because of my being hard-of-hearing, that I miss at least 90% of what they say in meetings near my desk. This earpiece types quite fast.The earbud silicone pieces that come with the set are very helpful. I don't use the included hook, because that falls off either of my small ears. I just use the silicone piece and once I have it in my earlobe, it stays pretty much all day. That is not the case with most of the earpieces I have used.It takes a charge that lasts about a day. I would be cutting it if I left it uncharged for two days in a row.I highly recommend this earpiece!

Be careful, these are used or defective items
I kind of expected this to be not new, typically you get what you pay for. This one was no exception, it was used - there was someone's ear wax on the rubber part. Disgusting... And changing the earpiece and testing it showed the volume is low, lower than my old Jabra Stealth. Avoid!

The UC dongle is not included it was just a regular Stealth
The media could not be loaded. The reason why I bought this item is for me to use for my work laptop. I have plantronics that has the UC dongle and now that I am working from home, my partner has to use the plantronics. I wanted to try this one out is because I just don’t want a bluetooth connected to my laptop but I want it connected with a dongle for better connectivity. I am very upset coz this is the reason why I bought this item. I still give it a 3 star coz the Amazon support rep was very helpful to ship me a new one that “hopefully” it comes with a dongle this time. I may have to give another review once the other one arrived.
