These are comfortable and they do the job of improving circulation to the deep veins. I’ve been using them for years and they reduce pain and restore strength to my legs. They feel so good I wear them even in the hottest weather. I recommend buying a donning aid if you have trouble putting them on. The (the donning aids) are inexpensive, helpful and easy to use

This product looks to be very good. The sizing was confusing and this wasn't really apparent until my 92 YO mother and I tried to get them onto her feet. It was impossible but the quality of the stretch was revealed then. They are obviously excellent stockings. Due to the fact that I had opened them and had tried to try it on her, which was an impossibility as we weren't strong enough to get it over the heel, we couldn't return them. The small print somewhere informed of that. So, the decision was to send them back and hope for a refund- OR- keep them and try to find someone who could use them so as not to totally waste mother's $65.00. It was better to keep them and wait for another needy soul to try them than to return them and not get a refund because they had been opened and one stocking slipped over toes. It put us in a difficult position and presented a hard decision. $65 is a lot of money for a 92 YO widow living on a fixed income and did not have a prescription from a doctor to give to an insurance company for it to be covered. This money was out of pocket. So the product looks very good. Is very expensive. Can't be returned for a refund if doesn't fit and no way to know if fits other than trying it on which requires opening packaging. Wish it would have worked out. My review is on the packaging and shipping. The product review is from holding them in my hands and feeling the stretch. That is all good. The circumstances of this transaction are not good. Lesson learned....Never again will I order any compression stockings from anybody.

This is one of the leading brands of compression stockings, and my sister said they were comfortable. I didn't ask about negatives.Ordered the appropriate size after carefully measuring my legs, and followed the instructions.1. When putting them on, a finger on each side went through the material, producing a hole. My nails are cut close. A finger should not be able to penetrate good material.2. Despite my careful measurements and ordering the proper size, the top could be pulled way above my knee.3. When lowering the top to below the knee, with or without folding the top, the pressure exceeded the mid-calf. Good stockings would never have the top pressure greater than the mid-calf; it ruins the gradient.My sister, upon questioning, admitted her finger(s) also went through the material and her stockings were too long despite careful measurements and ordering and there was excessive pressure at the top cuff.Subsequently purchased two different brands from Amazon for about $25 each, and they did not have the Medivent problems.Return to Amazon.

First pair lasted 2 months then ripped at the left toe .. second pair no issue . Third pair just ripped at the heel after 3 months .. my lymphedema therapist says they should last me around 5 to 6 months. Unfortunately these are the only Ones on the market for my needs. $70 a pair is pretty steep. I follow instructions and I hand wash them in cold water all the time and hang dry them. Other than that they are light enough for they don’t suffocate me out at work. I am a chef and now my feet a lot. They do work I wish there were some more color options other than black and tan.

Very comfortable once they on. The difficult part is getting them on and off!

I didn’t purchase the Medivan open-toe as usual. Instead, this closed-toe offered a different top-band which was very uncomfortable.

Great compression socks. I like the "Plus" style much better than the "Assure." They are a heavier more sturdy fabric and stay up much better. Also the compression benefit is better. Well worth the higher price!

I travel extensively and this was the best purchase I have ever made. I love these and will recommend them highly
