What is the torque range,its not listed anywhere.

The tool itself has markings from 20-250 ft-lb (and also marked in N-m). But the packaging, instructions, and product description all say 50-250 ft-lb. My guess is that it is designed to be accurate to the spec from 50-250, but if you want to use it down as low as 20 ft-lb, you can set it and do it, and it will click, but the accuracy may not be the same percentage. Most measuring devices, and torque wrenches in particular, are most accurate in the middle of their range. So you would not want to be using it down at 20 anyway. You'd want a small torque wrench. I bought this recently as my 5th torque wrench (3 of the other 4 are old Craftman USA ones).

Why did reviewers here give the item a 1 star rating?

Unsure, I have compared torque to 120 ft/lbs with my 3/8" drive MAC that is certified and they match. The click point is softer than typical and it is about 4 to 6 inches longer than I would normally expect for 1/2" drive torque wrench of this limit.

How many degrees of rotation per ratchet click? This is not about the "click" when torque setting is reached.
