Has an interesting 'overhang' that doesn't seem sealed too me from the elements on the 'door' or 'flap', but the guts of the plug are all internal and sealed if you install it properly. I'm not an electrician, so this was just a one for one replacement job, but it works and I am happy. Worth the price for sure.

Actually quite nice. Turned out well and now thinking about a relocation of a different plug and will definitely consider it buying another.

My plug's old cover broke off, so I bought this one to replace it. It was super easy to install, and has two different back plates to support different plug shapes. It also allows the cover to be open both up-and-down as well as sideways. Very flexible and easy to use

This is a really wonderful outlet cover. I replaced an older one, which was not an "in-use" style. This one may not even need any caulk around the edges, because there seems to be a good seal all around, but I'm going to do it anyway, to cover up the discoloration from the previous caulk. This cover allows an outdoor-rated extension cable to be plugged in all the time. It's a tight-fit but it all works. Now I can control the lights on my pergola without having to go outside to plug it in. It has already weathered several storms in just the last few days. The fact that the cover is clear should allow me to see if there are any problems in the future.

Added this to an existing duplex outlet with little trouble. Note the instructions on the label suck but it's pretty intuitive (I later found YT installation videos online). Also while "weatherproof" it is not completely watertight since the hinged cover has no gasket nor are there rubber grommets supplied for the cord exits, overall good enough for what I needed

I bought this to cover my GFCI on my deck. I wanted something relatively rainproof so the GFCI wouldn't trip every time it rains. Installation was a breeze and after a couple of rain storms it has worked perfectly.

Products are strong and durable made. Look fancy and meet the criteria. I shall recommend to coworkers and family members.
