Cleans and clears the film with solvent and dries very fast.
Cleaner was effective and appears to be cleaning all the build up of debris from the throttle body for a factory appearance.

Used this to clean my throttle body and valve/plate. This might just be a souped up version of brake cleaner. That's OK with me as cleaned up everything very well.
