I have to revise my review because the product I now have is good.
Update 2/10/16The sales reps for Mpow did get back to me and sent me a new pair. So far the phones are functioning well. The sound is fine and the range is good. Apparently they do care about service and I have updated my review to 4 stars. As it now functions, it is a good buy.Original ReviewThe manufacturer (MPOW) shows an 18 Month Warrantee on these earphones - but I found it impossible to email them and they will not provide a phone number (even Amazon does not have their number). Although the manufacturer makes it impossible to get warrantee help - Amazon did step in and help me. Thank goodness for Amazon. The MPOW earphones did work well but the on/off/pairing button fell off in about 5 months - making it impossible to use them. I am not using the earphones on a daily basis and I am not using them while running or exercising. Thereby, they have had very light use and still the button fell off. A good product would be more durable and the manufacturer would honor the warrantee without making it impossible to contact them. I will not be buying MPOW products in the future.

Good headphones for the price, and actually moisture-resistant to boot!
I was extremely skeptical when I purchased these headphones as I had a poor experience with another product from the same company, but feeling I had nothing to lose, I decided to give them a try, and I'm very happy I did.Simply put, these are the best sport headphones I've ever owned. I've tried multiple different pairs and either run in to durability issues or fitment issues when it came to the earbuds, the Mpow Swift has successfully addressed those issues for me.I'm not an audiophile, but music quality and volume is sufficient for my needs, all I really want is something that will stay in my ears so I can blast "Enter Sandman" while I squat or deadlift or bench press or whatever else I'm doing on a given day, and that won't crap out the first time they get a little damp. My workouts are typically 75-120 minutes, five days a week, and include a mixture of weight lifting and cardio, and so far these headphones have performed very admirably under all circumstances, staying secure in my ears no matter what position I'm in and seeming to be impervious to sweat.I ding one star off the rating because I find the design sufficient but feel it could be better, the Mpow Cheetah has a design I actually prefer but I had two pairs that both died within a week or two of me using them, I suspect they are not as moisture-proof as the Swifts are, despite their claim of being so.I also really have to commend the customer service from Patozan, they reached out to me after I had difficulty with the Cheetah's and suggested these as an alternative, I almost didn't go through with the purchase but decided to try the Swifts out and am very pleased with the results.

Good for the price, but fragile under continual use.
I'm a heavy headphone user, so this is written from that perspective. When I say heavy, I mean that I rarely leave my house without them. I often wear headphones while I'm falling asleep, and rely on them to wake me up quietly because my wife gets up after me.I've had two sets of these now and I've liked both of them. They power on quickly, hold a long charge (about 6-10 hours depending on level of use), connect quickly, and are easy to use. There are a variety of buds and ear hooks to choose from, which is also a major plus. The only piece of the overall design which I'm critical of are the volume buttons. They are a little tricky to use at first. Since I usually use max volume on my earbuds and adjust the actual volume from my device, this isn't much of an issue. What is an issue (and the reason I'm going to try some other brands going forward) is how frail these can be. My first set snagged on a wire and the headset ripped off - this was about 6 months in. IMHO, it didn't take much to make this happen but maybe I just don't know my own strength.Otherwise, I liked that set a lot.My 2nd set began snapping open on the bud that holds the battery and microusb plug. I would have to spend some time aligning both pieces and snapping the cover back on each time this would happen. It became so frequent that I was doing this 1-3 times a day. Eventually, the constant jostling caused the wires to become unreliable and it now requires some trial-and-error in order for it to get a charge. This is about 2 months in.They get 4 stars still because the quality is good in terms of what you pay for them. I paid about 13 bucks each time, which isn't bad. Still, I wish they were more durable.
