This works on pain as soon as applied. I had bad abscess tooth and waiting to get it removed and I used this on my teeth. It is a bit pricey but it works. It tastes really weird but it lasts for a while. I would recommend using this for toothaches over the other ones or every over the gel and cream. Just dip stop in and apply.

As someone who chronically chews her lips, cheeks, and inner-mouth in general, this is a lifesaver. It stings while applying but the numbing lasts long enough for me to be able to eat or fall asleep without dealing with constant pain. Definitely worth the money if you regularly get canker sores or bite your checks/inner lips like I do.

i deal with inner lip sores frequently so much so that it hurts to eat and brush my teeth. when i got this i was so relieved!!😭 it works incredibly well even though it stings at first, i can drink water pain free🫶😭
