Does it float if it were to fall in water?

Yes, the paddles float in water.

What is the actual weight of the 95-inch paddle?

Don't know the exact weight but it is not very heavy...5' tall, 120 lbs & I can handle it with no issues.

Who makes the brand oceanbored I can't find it anywhere on the internet?

It's oceanbroad, not oceanbored. We manufacture in China.

Says two paddles. Does that mean two paddles- one on each end? Or is this two seperate oars?

The choice of the "90.5 inches 2 paddles" is with 2 packs of paddles. That's 2 sets of them, two seperate sets of oars, packed together. Thanks.
