Pantene Silver Expressions, Purple Shampoo and Hair Toner, Pro-V for Grey and Color Treated Hair, Lotus Flowers, 17.9 Fl Oz

I am finally getting low enough on my Clariol Shimmer Lights shampoo and conditioner that I could justify ordering a replacement product for my shower niche. This product had good reviews and I've always been happy with Pantene products, so I thought I'd give it a shot. To begin, I ordered it with several other products (including the large blue bottle of hair/body wash in the one photo) and am happy to report it arrived in perfect condition inside the Amazon Prime box. Also, this shampoo had an interesting sticker (see photo) to help reduce/eliminate the product spilling inside the box during shipping. The label was easy enough to remove, though it is very sticky and tight, most likely to keep the bottle from opening and spilling out during transit. My advice is to go slowly removing it and it will come off without affecting the label itself on the shampoo bottle. I've used the product already and just love the scent. It's wonderful! It lingers very lightly and nicely on the hair once its dry, afterwards. I didn't use a conditioner, but my hair felt silky and soft once it dried, afterwards. Can't comment on the silver brightening in my hair (I'm a silver sable), yet, but the shampoo itself is a wonderful silky liquid soap consistency that goes where it's supposed to and lathers up very nicely. That was a complaint I had with my original shampoo & conditioner (named earlier) in that they were thicker like a semi-soft custard and for me, more product would slide off my hand and between my fingers onto the shower floor before I could get it on to my head and in my hair. I love the pump applicator on this product and that it's an incredible value for what it is. My other product was a squeeze dispenser and was always getting blocked as well as being much more expensive. I've always like Pantene products and was so happy to find this on Amazon. The economic value and delivery to my door are both winners in my book, too. Overall I'm very pleased and highly recommend!

This is a nice hair conditioning product. A little pricey though.

I've only used it once, so can't give it 5 stars. But it is good, hair felt clean and not too dry. I used my usual conditioner. I'm transitioning from my ash-blonde dyed hair to my natural white/grey- seems there's very little grey in the 2 inches that have grown without coloring. I was a bit afraid it would make the white purple, but it simply brightened it and didn't make the blonde part brassy.

Love this product. Makes my silver hair shine. I have used Pantene hair products for years. Will continue to buy this product. Would like to fine Pantene conditioner for grey thin hair. Haven’t seen any though.

Great blue shampoo for my silver hair. Brightens, cleans and adds a beautiful shine without having to drive to a beauty supply store. I love the pump container.

Okay so I'm officially stoked finally found a purple shampoo that loves me and I've tried many in the last year some that were a complete fail example...one time while shopping with my fella he looked at me lovingly in a very buisy store and said loudly babe its amazing your natural hair isn't just silver grayish its actually naturally kind of purplish I've never seen that on anyone ... um imbarrassing lol seriously tho last year I decided to stop coloring over my gray and wacked it all off short its finally growing out again so I can do up styles and this product is bomb! It doesn't dry out my hair it smells nice and I only lather it in for a few minutes and my hair doesn't look purple and doesn't feel like hay every head of hair has its own special needs this product may not work for everyone but I am happy I stumbled upon this lil gem my hair has always been fine and whispy and temperamental so its definitely a challenge but ya I am liking this alot so far :)

Does not do the job I had hoped. It's nice and leaves the hair soft, but doesn't strip away enough to let the silver show through

Was using a different purple shampoo, which was ok/not bad. 🎉🎉🎉 But this shampoo is "The BOMB!" 🎉🎉🎉 My pin-straight, baby fine, graying hair: -SPARKLES! -is no longer fly-away even after blow-drying -is very smooth -is SO very easy to style - lathers well using minimal product - rinses easily -combs out wet without tangling KUDOS! 🎉 KUDOS!! 🎉🎉 KUDOS!!!! 🎉🎉🎉 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Effectiveness: Great! Color: Gray hair sparkles VERY easy Works well: KUDOS! KUDOS!! KUDOS!!!
