Kestrel Premium Lager , 24 x 500 ml, Case of 24

Love this lager. I have been buying it in Asda the past few years until it was unfortunately recently discontinued. Delighted to now be able to purchase on Amazon. Slightly dearer, but worth it.

Tasty lager, a pleasant change to whatever is on offer at the supermarket. Tastes almost like super strength lager

Usually buy traditional English ales which are currently hard to find. So looked on Amazon. Having eliminated all the lagers and beers I know to be too sweet, too fizzy, too thin, too French and with not enough hops, the list was rather short. Took a chance with Kestrel and was rather pleased. It tastes like a non pilsner Austrian Marzen. Pretty good in fact.

I use to drink Kestrel lager back in the eighties. Didn't know it was back in production till I saw it for sale on here. Thought I would buy some and give it a go, so glad I did it's a excellent brew and will be buying again.

So, the product arrived without any packaging. I'm not impressed at all by that. I don't want the neighbours seeing that I got alcohol delivered, which they did. First time I ordered this, it arrived in packaging. This time, it didn't. I won't be buying this again unless I'm assured that this issue is sorted. It should be packaged and discreet, like any other item purchased. Not open and plain sight of what it is.

It gets you Drunk & has a better taste than stella

It's a different tasting larger. Nice cold.
