I’ve got this on my dressing table with hairdryer, tongs, etc plugged in plus various chargers. It’s brilliant! I can turn everything on or off with just one button - no more getting halfway to work and panicking over if I turned the tongs off. Love it.The questions posed for this review included ‘travel’. In my opinion this is unfair, it’s not designed for travel so why rate it? I gave it a 1* for this purely because it’s an extension lead so it’s big - plus you’d still need a travel plug. I can’t see the point of this question and feel it would negatively impact the ratings, which is a shame.

Creative solutions required for my office desk and this did the job for me. Have stuck the pack under the desk with heavy duty velcro, have enough items on my desk as it is.USB ports come in handy for my various USB desk lights, due to the overall power is split between the 4 ports just two of my lights can be on at any one time as they have a bit a power requirement themselves; this was expected and planned in advance anyway. I can have one of my tablets on slow /trickle charge as result. Or if I turn off the lights the tablet will draw power at the higher rate.Given its size its easily portable so will come in handy if I need to unattach the pack from the desk and take it with me. Very few occasions of this being required but the possibility is there if ever needed.So far so good.

Beautiful extension lead - and I say beautiful, it really is! I love how even though its visible near my desk it's an attractive design and with a dark carpet it blends in.USB ports are weak and will take a long time to charge but do use them occasionallyI also have the cube design and love the look of it too, just wish they also did a longer extension lead with one plug supply.

As most gadgets and gustos seem to come with USB ports, I really needed an extension lead that provided the facility for traditional 3 pin plugs, coupled with USB ports. This extension lead, is perfect for my desk. Provides me with the opportunity to plug my printer and laminator in, whilst charging/using, the radio, phone, iPad etc etc. Really versatile and suits my requirements. Nice length of lead, so no danger of trailing leads. The actual unit, is compact, and does not take up valuable desk space. It’s surge protected, which is a must as you can never be too careful. Nice blue indicator light, let’s you know when it’s switched on.

I've slowly been converting our old extension leads and plugs to these new ones with the built in USB ports - so many of our devices use USB these days, from phones to wall lamps, and using these really cuts down on the space needed. the other advantage is that when travelling you can just pack one of these and not bother with seprate phone charges etc - yes you will miss out on phone-specific fast charging but if it's being used to charge your phone over night then it's not an issue at all.This one gives you 3 standard 3-pin plug sockets as well as 4 USB sockets, all together with an on/off switch. It's nice and compact and has helped to tidy up the mess of wires we had behind our tv and amp etc.

I did not want a big, bulky looking multi-socket. This one looks good. The USB ports are a bonus. I have a lamp and clock plugged in permanently - and recharge two devices at night with the USB ports. There is a feature rating for 'travelling', but I am not sure why, I don't think it is intended for that.

This is a great adaptor and extension kit! I’ll be buying more of these! They’d even make great gifts! I highly recommend this item at this price. Arrived on time, in very secure packaging. Works perfectly with my outdoor fairy lights. I’d highly recommend this item.

I bought this because I needed an extension lead more for the usb plugs than the sockets, nowadays it seems like everything comes with USB charging without adapter.All sockets and usb ports fit snugly. No more need to remember to take my phone adapter to charge other devices.Now I have a slot to charge all I need at my desk without sharing charger between devices.This extension lead is well made and surge protected.Design is great too, very slim and discreet.
