Body Health multivitamin nutritional supplement capsules, 30 count

I have Celiac disease and know I am missing the good nutrients I could get if I was eating wheat. I actually found these while I was looking for a gluten-free multi vitamin. The senior vitamins in the store all contain wheat, so these are a good option. Not inexpensive, but good. I'll let you know how they work in about 6 months.

It's a vitamin, and seems to be well balanced for people who have suffered absorption issues due to Celiac, but that is the only major difference to any other vitamin formula.

These multivitamins have "rice hull concentrate" listed under Other Ingredients, which would expose someone to rice every day. Many people with Celiac disease develop an allergy to rice, resulting from consuming too much rice day after day. Asian cultures that eat rice every day, also have a higher incidence of rice allergies. I'm disappointed that this otherwise well-formulated multivitamin isn't simply "Grain-Free". Hope "Gluten Free Therapeutics" (GTF) will reformulate this product being marketed to people with Celiac disease.

I cannot take these on an empty stomach. I didnt feel much different then before I took them so its hard to say if they are doing my body good.

I have been taking these supplements for over a year and will never stop. My blood work is always good and all levels that were low are back up to normal range. The company is wonderful with questions. I had a little trouble when I first started taking them as I became nauseous and I reached out to them on their website. I got a quick response suggesting I take it with my biggest meal and/or with a glass of milk. I do so and have never had another issue.

Glad to know there are gluten free vites out there. This desease is hard on the body and thats why i take suppliments.Seems to give me energy i haven't had in a while. Alittle pricey but it your health remember!

I was very excited to try this product. It took a few days to ship. I had my first one this morning and I have been throwing up ever since.
