Directions and design can be challenging
Great tool, but the rod that fits into fits into cutting head has a set screw that requires frequent tightening. After 8 tightenings in 45 minutes. I drilled through and put in cotter pin.

Works like a charm!Respect this tool. At 10,000 rpm’s it could easily remove a limb.

Doesn’t work
It doesn’t fit my drill. It doesn’t tell you what size drill to use. Sitting on my garage floor and not usable. Nice thought but terrible description and functionality.

Parts don't fit
I was excited about this product after purchasing a $30, hand sod-cutter from a big box store, and having it break in my hands on the fifth hole I dug. The cutting portion of this tool does work well. I live in South Florida and the St. Augustine is super thick and hard to get through with any tool. This one cuts through it with relative ease. However, it is hard on your drill motor. You'll feel your drill heat up and smell a bit as you use it. Maybe a drill with an AC motor vs the battery drill would be a better option (although not as convenient). My BIG problem with his is the included shaft does not fit on the drill head. I had to mount the head directly onto my drill, making it less ergo dynamic and more prone to jerk/twist in my hand. The shaft was not cut/forged correctly to fit on the head. I even tried helping it with a mallet, but to no avail. I contacted the seller on their FB page, but there has been no response after nine days. So just know that there are some quality control issues with this product and it appears that there is no customer service (or it is very slow).

Poor connection = poor experience
Because the head detaches so frequently, it becomes a nuisance and time wasting experience.

It is heavier than I expected. It works quite well. I sure wish it was a battery operated tool, but it did the job!

Easy to clip around sprinklers
Is easy to use and takes much less time ti trim around the sprinkler heads

Will not work on Saint Augustine grass
This product will not work on Saint Augustine grass. It's too tough and the cutter gets tied up. I have a half inch drill DeWalt and it didn't work with it it will fit into a half inch drill but it doesn't do the job
