I love these shirts for work or casual wear. The XL size runs a little small compared to the 2XL which runs large but I have found that to be true for all Carhartt clothing that I have purchased. The shirt holds up well for physical work, it is comfortable and I like the Henley style instead of a regular t-shirt, and the pocket is great for holding my i.d. badge holder. I have purchased 5 2XL shirts and would purchase more without hesitation.

Purchased for my husband for everyday shirt. It's comfortable and good for casual days at the office. Size fit great but the sleeves are slightly big. Overall, great purchase.
