2 of the ones I installed malfunctioned in the first 4 months
2 of the ones I installed malfunctioned in the first 4 months. I don't currently have these on a dimmer, but one quickly became stuck on a super low output, others got the typical, annoying pulse you get with bad LED bulbs. What is worst is you can't return these tings after only a couple months when LED bulbs are supposed to last you 5+ years.

They will start to flicker and change brightness after only a few months of use
I think these have a manufacturing defect because just after 4 months of use in a fixture that gets very little use two of the bulbs started to flicker and oscillate between bright and dim. When they work they are very bright and energy efficient but not very good on long life.

2 of 6 lamps did not even last 2 months
Have had for 2 months - and 2 of the 6 have already failed. Nice looking for the short amount of time they worked. Terrible reliability. Extremely disappointed
