Excellent Support and Adjustable Fit! Got 2!!!
I have been nursing a torn meniscus and grade 2 ACL since January( about five months now) and I ordered this brace early on around month 1. It has been my go to brace for the last several months. It seems pretty simple design but I have tried at least seven other knee braces, including one that was custom fit at my orthopedic surgeons office— yet this one from Amazon is the only one I have been able to wear to get any support for my knee. The custom fit brace from my surgeon’s office hurts my knee even worse upon standing immediately. The other tried offered little to no support at all of the knee, I’ve tried them all in multiple sizes and yet here we are— this brace is absolutely best by far. I’ve been trying to naturally rehab my knee with physical therapy, time and healing. I could not do it without this brace so I am ordering a second one finally deciding that it doesn’t get better than this for the support I need. My meniscus is torn at the root and in multiple places and the ACL is grade 2. I am getting better and this brace has been very helpful to give me just the added support and the flexibility still while wearing it to move my knee in a natural way without too much restriction, but yet adequate support in the right places. When I wear the brace, at the end of the day, my knee has less inflammation and pain I find there has been no issue with the fit as the straps are adjustable and I have had to order up in sizes on other braces and still struggle to find the right fit, but with this brace, it just works perfectly for my size and my condition. It is easy to slip on and off. It has a back stretchy band that keeps the knee brace in place even though I have a baker cyst on the back of my knee, I still find this brace comfortable with this design. Sometimes I will slip the brace down around my shin and ankle area while Propping my leg up under my desk at work and find it convenient that when it’s time to stand up I only need to slide the brace back up, fasten the straps and go. I highly recommend this brace and I’m done searching. This is the one! It has gotten me through the last five months and I foresee it continuing to do so for as long as I need.

I have REALLY BAD KNEES, and THIS BRACE IS THE VERY BEST!
I'm almost a little afraid I'm going to jinx myself for posting a "rave" review, but I just knocked on wood, so here it is! If you don't feel like reading my whole spiel, the bottom line is that this brace is FANTASTIC for lateral support! A LITTLE BACKGROUND TO EXPLAIN MY FANATICISM ABOUT THIS BRACE: I have a condition called "general joint laxity," which means that almost all of the joints in my body are "looser" than they should be. In most places on the body, this is a neutral or even good thing, but NOT when it comes to the knees. I frequently (at least twice per month) dislocate the knee I had the ACL repaired on over a decade ago, which can happen at any time, often without warning, from a variety of causes, sometimes even from something as mild as sitting incorrectly on the floor or going down stairs. My point is, for me to be an active person in any regard, I need to have reliable support in the knee area, to keep my joint safe and my mind at ease enough for me to get the job done. COMFORT: I've tried A LOT of braces, and have gone through the tedious tasks of getting special orthopedic fittings, often to get little or no relief from this issue (or at least, not enough to put my mind at ease), so I'm always leery of trying a new brace. I recently started running again and decided to try this one because of it's impressive amount and quality of reviews, and was very excited by how well it works for me. Most braces are extremely unforgiving and uncomfortable, causing excess heat and sweat which often is accompanied by a rash; however, this one is comfortable enough that I actually forget I'm wearing it most of the time, and is easy enough to adjust that if it does start to feel uncomfortable, I can quickly and easily shift it around to make it feel better. Part of the reason it's so much gentler on the skin is because of a kind of silky hidden sleeve that is sewn into the inside of the brace (you can't really see it in the picture), which doesn't make it slide around, but does protect your skin from the scratchiness of the outer material. It's designed so that it accomplishes more with less fabric and leg-coverage, too, which is a big plus. SUPPORT: This by far has the BEST support of any knee brace I've tried, and it's made even better by how adaptable it is. Because of my anatomical abnormality, I need varying strengths of support in VERY specific points on my knee, which has often been a challenge as most braces have only a small range in which the straps will fasten/adhere correctly (and these never line up the way I really need them to.) Since this brace has straps coming from both sides, I can focus the support on the outside of my knee where I need it most, and still have a good amount of support on the inner side of the knee without making it extremely difficult to bend and move well; I especially love that the two skinnier straps go around the outside, because I can cross them over one another to make the fit tighter. This cross design also allows me to put the opening in just the right place on my kneecap (which is slightly to the outside), where most other braces I've tried don't fit correctly unless you center the hole right over the knee cap. The other brilliant thing about the design is that the entire surface of the brace is Velcro-y, so you can literally stick the straps ANYWHERE on the front to get the perfect fit everywhere on and around the kneecap, instead of being forced into one or two configurations that may or may not work for your leg. The one warning I will give is that it will take a couple of tries to find the "sweet spot" since their is so much flexibility with it, so start slow until you figure out where to put everything, how tight to pull the straps, etc. I'll also say that my knees are in need of lateral support, because my condition is often exacerbated by torque on the joint rather than impact, so I'm not sure how the brace will perform for other situations. QUALITY: I haven't had the brace long, but it's already holding up better than most I've tried. Many other braces will have the Velcro all fuzzy on the soft side and not sticking as well on the hard side after just a few uses, but this one appears to be stronger. Since it is so small in surface area and light, it also doesn't retain as much sweat and is easier to wash/air out, which keeps it from deteriorating due to excess moisture (this also keeps it from taking on that terrible "gym bag" smell, too.) The seams are sturdy and the straps are very solid, and they are stretchy enough but not overly so, so the integrity of the shape isn't easily compromised; everything on it is well-reinforced, and the fabric is of a high quality. To be honest though, even if the brace falls apart sooner than I'd like (which I seriously doubt), I will probably continue to purchase them because of what a good job they do while they are in good shape. It's quite a bargain, especially for someone who has to find one that's JUST RIGHT to make it worth it!

Definitely help with my knee problems
Mid 60's, love to walk, but suffer from bone-on-bone on one knee and residual discomfort from meniscus tear on the other knee. No surgery, no drugs other than acetaminophen and rest after over exertion. Purchased these knee braces early Sep 2025 after reading reviews looking for added knee support other than knee sleeves which were not adequate enough. Have been using them for 2.5 weeks and feel that they are worthy of a review. Besides trekking around my home base, more strenuous testing grounds were asphalt walking paths near Nashville and trails in the White Mountains of NH. I am not a long-distance hiker but like to accomplish 3–5-mile walking treks daily to get fresh air and keep my heart pumping, besides daily chores. If a daily total distance accumulates to 8+ miles per day, all the better. The big test is an approaching WDW adventure on concrete and asphalt of which I am a bit concerned. These braces seem to be constructed very well. The neoprene is soft against the skin, the vertical supports provide enough support without detracting flexibility. There is a thin mesh sleeve that goes behind the knee that IMO could be wider top to bottom. These knee braces need to be worn against your skin, not over pants or the like. And with that is my first comment, they tend to be hot in use, but I don’t consider that a problem. Fitment is tricky and requires some trial and error adjusting the straps until you find the sweet spot. Suggest using them while wearing short pants until you figure out the best adjustment fit. They are comfortably worn under pants too, just make sure your adjustment is to your liking first. The thin mesh brings my second comment. This thin mesh piece/sleeve which goes behind the knee, I wish it was a bit wider top to bottom. This bit tends to curl quickly and doesn’t necessarily cover enough of the back of the knee which can cause some pinching with the adjustment straps. I can foresee this as a chance of failure by eventually curling too much or tearing or the like. It is still not a deal breaker but the one area to lose a point. These braces do provide good support and keep my knees stable. They are relatively comfortable to wear with the exception of running hot but that heat actually helps my knees. Other than the size of the mesh piece behind the knee not being quite wide enough is my only complaint. When wearing them, my pain level during walks is greatly reduced. I definitely keep the straps snug to prevent slippage. The hook and loop fasteners can be challenging while putting the braces on because they seem to come alive like octopus tentacles grabbing on to things around them that shouldn’t be grabbed. I know these braces will not last forever, just like shoes, they will eventually wear out. But for the relatively low cost and how much they have allowed me to get off by butt and get back out there doing things, I will probably be a repeat customer.

This is THE BEST brace EVER!!! (especially for patella (kneecap) support)
I have dislocated my kneecap hundreds of times since the original injury and severe dislocation 21 years ago. I realize this sounds insane and like no one would just keep popping their patella back into place every time it goes out for 21 years, never seeking further medical attention for the issue, especially as it continued to happen with increasing frequency. It's now at the point where it pops out at least once every month or two. Well, I have never claimed to be sane, and in my defense, the doctor I saw for the original injury said that I dislocated it so hard that it left permanent grooves in the cartilage underneath, and because of that, they would act as tracks and it would just keep dislocating, but there was nothing to be done for it. If you are wondering why I didn't seek a second opinion, it's because he was the second opinion... Anyway, on to the brace... My knee has finally gotten so bad that I can't let it go any longer and am going to see an orthopedist again. I'm pretty sure the soft tissue is so damaged that it's virtually useless. I have tried almost every style of brace on the market (except the really expensive ones), and none of them have offered enough support in the right places and been comfortable to wear for any period of time... But then I found THIS brace!! I hadn't even realized how much pain my knee was constantly in until I put this brace on! 1) The inner silky sleeve which protects your leg from rubbing on the outer fabric, and is also breathable and moisture wicking is a complete game changer! One would think such a small detail would be insignificant, but in terms of comfort and wearability it makes all the difference in the world! 2) The outer fabric is thinner and more light weight than most neoprene braces, making it more slim and comfortable, while still providing good compression and support. Also, the entire outside can be used to stick the velcro to, thus allowing you to position the straps exactly where you need them to be for optimal support. 3) The 2 extra patella support bands are AMAZING!!! They work far better than I ever could have imagined at keeping everything in alignment, and applying just enough pressure to give stability and relieve pain, without being too tight or uncomfortable, as they are fully adjustable. 4) The side supports are great! They definitely offer necessary added stability. The brace does limit your range of motion some, but that's really the whole point of a brace, since too great of movements will only lead to further injury and damage of an already weak or hurt area. Hands down, this the the absolute best brace ever!!! The price isn't much higher than your generic designs, and it is well worth it! (Also, I visited the retailers store and received a 25% off coupon to use on Amazon for any of their products, so that was helpful). But even at full price it's worth it. No other brace is designed quite as well, or offers the special features this one does. Plus, it is from a small business in the UK, designed by a guy determined to make a brace which would assist him with his own knee problems. The thought and care that went into making it is really evident, from construction to fit and function. It also comes with a 12 month warranty, and they send a paper with their contact info encouraging anyone who has an issue for any reason to contact them for resolution. They seem to be a good company who truly cares about their products and helping people. I very highly recommend that anyone with knee issues get this brace. The only suggestion I would make is for them to also make this in a plus sized version. Last year a medication I was put on caused A LOT of very rapid weight gain. Happily, stopping the med has reversed the process. But, had I tried to get this brace last year, it would not have fit my leg. Heavier people tend to have more joint problems, but there is a serious lack of good, affordable plus sized options of braces. I strongly encourage this company to fill that need. I am going to write to them regarding this issue. If you get this brace, or if you are a plus sized person whom this brace will not fit, I suggest that you also write to the company regarding this issue. I'm sure if enough people do it they will see there is a need and will work to fill it. Thank you for reading my long winded review. I hope you found it to be helpful. Once more for good measure... BUY THIS BRACE!!! (you won't regret it). Namaste.

Great support
I rarely ever write reviews but this knee brace is amazing. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I honestly have no words. I have a very stubborn case of runner’s knee and I was able to get through an entire back squat workout with no pain. The material is sturdy but flexible. The straps put pressure in the right areas and it’s not uncomfortable to wear. Plenty of support and mobility and it doesn’t move around at all either. I might buy another one or two just to have on hand. For reference I am 5’11 220 pounds. Incredible product, have absolutely zero complaints. We will see if it passes the durability test.

Very nice brace but.......
First let me say I love this brace. It does exactly what I need. Good, adjustable support, a sleeve lining so it doesn't cause blisters, no grippies on top (those caused blisters too). I would give it 4.5 stars BUT 6 days into wearing it and its fraying at the top. I will be contacting the manufacturer.

Good light knee brace
This is the knee brace I was looking for, something not too bulky but still feels like it's doing something. I needed it for my left knee while playing soccer, I'm able to run around and pivot but still get good support. I've had 2 ACL surgeries on my left knee and usually use a Don joy knee brace, those definitely have a lot of support but it's been long enough that I feel like I just need the "right" amount of support and not overkill. While running around I do have to pull it up and adjust, but not often and I would have to do that with the Don Joy brace anyways. Played 3 game with it and my knee feels well supported

Great products--the best Knee braces (EXOUS and UltraFlex)--1 year Update--BOOMERS get these!!!
Any product that someone gets paid (or gets a discount) to review, I view as advertising, and as such take 1-star off but, having said that, the EXOUS knee brace had almost 80% 5-star ratings which was impressive, beaten out by one other I looked at, the ULTRAFLEX which had over 90% 5-star ratings. So, when my right knee started to hurt (the inside part) after running 5K's, I decided to buy both (paid full price, $30 and $20, respectively) and try em out. The ULTRAFLEX arrived first, so I tried it on. It is made of a nice material, soft to the touch, and you do not feel like you have anything on. It goes on real easy, and once on, it stays on without slipping or curling at the edges due to a band at the inside top, which seems to grip onto your thigh. It goes on easy under jeans or pants, and is completely unobtrusive. If you don't remember to take it off, you will go to bed with it! It does a fairly good job of eliminating my knee pain but I could still feel the ache/soreness of my knee. Although going up/down stairs was easy, there was still that twinge of pain. On a 10-point scale of easing the knee pain, I would give it a 9. I have NOT gone running 5K with this, so when I do, I will update my experience here. UPDATE: 9/17/17--a full year of use, and I almost religiously run 5K every Sunday (weather and travel-schedule permitting) with this on my left knee. I am just amazed how good this has held up--the material still looks like and performs like new. It did feel like it was slipping, but I wear it slightly higher now, and I can tell you, it does not slip and grips your thigh really well. My knee actually feels better after my 5K run, than before--go figure! The EXOUS came the next day, so decided to put it on. Required a little effort, but after watching Meredith's (one of the paid reviewers here) video, was able to. This is definitely a more sturdy brace and so doesn't feel as unobtrusive. The material feels comfortable and soft to the touch. The straps are long and there's plenty of velcro, so it goes on and stays on (for now, at least). It does squeeze your knee-area a bit (if you get it on snug), so you do feel you are wearing it. But the amazing part is that the knee pain is almost entirely gone! I have been running up/down stairs to test it out and I do not feel any pain--on a scale of 10, this is a near perfect 9.9 for pain relief. I plan to go running with this on, and will update here my experience (also, how the velcro holds up over time). UPDATE 9/17/17--I have been using the EXOUS on my right knee for my 5K runs every Sunday, and this is the 1st year anniversary. I can honestly say that I am more pleased with this brace today than a year ago! The velcro holds up well and is still like-new, not slipping or coming off, and once you get the hang of putting the brace on, it goes on in 30 seconds. My knee feels fresh after my 5K run, can't describe it any better! However, between this and the more simpler designed Ultra-flex that I use on my left knee, I can NOT tell any difference--and the EXOUS is 50% more expensive! The only advantage I see with EXOUS is the fact that the straps allow you to tighten or loosen as required, but if you are on a budget, I would stay with the Ultra-flex. Happy running, Boomers!!! Biggest negative with both products--they are Made in China. UPDATE 6/4/2018--despite my dislike of anything MADE IN CHINA, I just ordered another EXOUS for my other knee (which I was using the UltraFlex for, which is pretty good for the price, but not as good as the EXOUS). This brace is head-and-shoulder better than any of the other braces have tried. My knee pain is a thing of the past.

La DOBLE CINTA ROTULIANA AJUSTABLE he probado 2 modelos. Uff me duele solo acordarme... La ELASTICA DE TUBO CLASICA he probado 2 modelos. La RODILLERA AJUSTABLE CORTA 3 VELCROS he probado 5 modelos. La RODILLERA AJUSTABLE LARGA 4 VELCROS he probado 2 modelos.

Comfortable yet steady!
Perfect fit and doesn’t skim off because of the multiple layers of straps.

Perfect knee brace.. the best class support and stays in place
This knee brace is great for those who have problems with patella pain and also instability around the medial or lateral ligaments. The way it works is quite unique it has 4 straps which actually kind of wrap themselves all around your knee. It gives an incredible sense of support. I like the way you can adjust each strap which helps getting the fit just as you need. There are flexible coils on both the medial and lateral sides of the knee brace which really works well in combination with how you strap up the support. I can’t really explain it any better than that. It really stays put as well too many other types of knee braces I have used and you may also find this your self if you are a chronic knee pain sufferer that all too often they can slip very quickly. This particular design does exactly as it says on the product description it stays in place and gives fantastic support to both sides of the knee. The reason I bought it was for the patella support, the small cross over straps which over and under the knee cap is really good in reducing the pain as it helps push the patella tendon down when it's a bit inflamed and has a patella band like effect giving me some pain relief.

Great rehabilitation tool - quality
I got 2 different knee braces - this one, which was slightly more expensive, and another one with less height to it, for my better leg. I'm rehabilitating one side so I use this one, which offers a lot more support, for that leg. This thing is actually way better than I expected; it doesn't slip at all thanks to the inner sleeve and 4 bi-directional straps (unlike most others which only seem to have straps going in one direction). I've been wearing this for long periods of a couple of hours and it's noticeably more difficult to injure myself now, since my knee no longer moves around when I try using it! I'm a 6 ft tall male, and although I use this on my bad leg which has very little muscle, it also fits my good leg comfortably which, having been my sole leg for almost a year, is significantly more muscular than the other one! Thus, it seems to have a pretty good range of sizing and I'm sure, given how much leeway there is on the strap, my leg could be much bigger and this would still be appropriate for me without any issues. It absolutely does its job and so far it does it better than any other knee support brace I've tried. It's worth the few extra quid; you are actually paying for quality in this case.

Molto soddisfatto !
Assolutamente consigliato a chi come me non rinuncia allo jogging nonostante i primi acciacchi dell'età diversamente giovane.
