small exercise room
In managing the operations of a very large Homeowners Association I ran into a challenge outfitting their very small exercise room. We were limited in the amount of equipment as well as space for a badly needed dumbbell rack to hold 7 sets of dumbbells. After searching for several months to find a rack which was both affordable and the perfect size, I found the Powerline 32 inch 2 tier rack. Not only was it the right dimensions for the space we had but it also fit into the budget. Upon arrival, we found it to be very sturdy, attractive, and easy to assemble. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has similar needs!

Exactly what I wanted and at a really good price!
I needed a small rack, not too wide or deep, and this is perfect for the small space I put it in. The assembly was a big concern to me as I am not much of a do-it-yourselfer. After reading the other reviews, especially from women who said it was easy to put together, I decided to take the calculated risk of placing the order. I was intimidated by the instructions, but once I removed the few pieces from the box, it was clear that the process would be quick and easy. It is very, very sturdy and just heavy enough to do the job, but not so heavy that I could not move it (without the dumbbells on it). I have four pairs (8, 10, 12, 15) on there, and there is plenty of space for more.

Great product, really close to 5 stars.
Good price, very sturdy, compact, and easy to put together. I have mine holding steel hexagonal weights and it is just a tad short for 6 pairs of dumbells ranging from 15lbs to 50lbs. Granted they all fit but its tight so be warned if you have many larger dumbells, if it was just an inch or two longer it would give greater flexibility to various dumbell weights and I would have given it 5 stars.

Easy to assemble
You don’t even need tools. It was very self evident how to put it together. It’s good looking and it’s sturdy. It doesn’t take up much space. It’s my second one. I bought more weights so needed a second one. The first, which is 4 years old, still looks brand new.

Very Sturdy Dumbbell Rack for a Mini Home Gym
I recently started doing the P90x program a couple months ago, and decided to buy individual dumbbell sets rather than a pair of adjustable dumbbells. I was tired of having my dumbbells laying on the floor and taking up space, so I decided to find a quality dumbbell rack for under $100. So far, this rack has proven to be very sturdy, and hasn't given me the slightest impression that it would tip over. The rack is not tall (just under 2 feet), but it helps me pick up & manage the weights much easier than having them on the floor. The quality of the rack is excellent, although there was one heavy scratch mark (not visible on the outside) which may have been from shipping damage, so it wouldn't be fair to knock off a star for that. The box also included an extra bottle of touch-up paint, which would come in handy if the paint starts to peel off from constantly moving dumbbells on/off the rack. The product has no noticeable smell out of the box. Assembling the rack was a breeze. No tools were required, but having a small wrench for tightening the screws at the very end was all I needed.Overall, I am happy with the purchase thus far and would recommend this quality product to anyone looking to spend under $100 for a two-tier dumbbell rack.

Fits Hex Dumbbells
Very sturdy for as small as it is. Super easy to assemble. I have hex dumbbells on it. 45's and 35's on one tier and 5's, 15's, 25's on the other tier. Fits just right. The only problem I had was that the bottom is all metal and I don't have it on a rubber surface, so I put small rubber bumpers on the bottom and it doesn't slide at all. I have seen some people with other racks install the lower rail on each tier upside down to help avoid the potential finger pinch. I tried that but the holes don't line up exactly. If you wanted to do it, it would likely work with very skinny bolts. I would definitely recommend.

Nice weight rack
This weight rack seems very sturdy and well made. It arrived with one abrasion/scratch along about 2 inches long on one edge of the angel iron, but didn't feel the need to touch it up with the included touch-up paint. I don't notice the scratch at all. I have three pairs of neoprene-covered hand weights. The weights fit well on the upper rack along the horizontal dimension, although they seem a little tight on the rack in the depth dimension (i.e., the two angle irons on both levels seem a little closer together than they should be for my eights, so that the vertical portion of the angle iron seems like it digs in a little more than it should where the handle meets the bulk of the weight on both sides of the hand weights. This probably is not a problem, as I don't think it causes damage to the weights.

Not perfect but it looks and works as it should.
Sturdy enough for a full set of weights (5's, 8's, 10'sx2, 17.5's, and 25's. Room for one more small set) and the fit and finish are fine too. My only gripes are:The plastic end caps fit all but the bottom back two holes. The gaps between front and back of the shelves are a little wider than what will fit on some brands of dumbells. They still sit on the shelf but one side is propped up a little. The packaging is dangerous, I opened one side of the box and metal bars spilled out permanently denting my hardwood floors. But considering this this thing is just a big piece of metal it does it's job well and I would suggest it to a friend. Just warn them about opening the box.
