I've been using Yerba Prima Psyllium Husk for several years. It mixes easily with water or other liquids and has little if any taste. It slightly thickens the water but is still easy, and not unpleasant, to drink. As with any such supplement, it's essential to drink enough fluid throughout the day to achieve the best results. I find this product to be so much better than other fiber supplements that have an artificial orange taste and added artificial sweeteners. Best of all, it works!

I depend on this product every day to curb appetite and provide reliable but gentle regularity. It works!

I bought this to start the black strap molasses cleanse. It’s exactly what I was looking for.

Amazon asked for this review and here it is: Exactly what you would expect from a can of whole husk psyllium. It doesn't taste good but it is tolerable. Mix it with water, drink it, and it will provide you with a good dose of fiber. Regular use will provide the user with regularity. Drink the concoction immediately after mixing or you will be trying to ingest fiber in a form similar to gelatin (hard to drink).

I love this product! I've been using it for years.

Dissolves in my porridge or cereal or water or juice. No real flavour to it. Easy bowel movements. Will last a very long time.
