This tray works perfectly for my elderly parent who is using a walker after hip surgery. We attached a cloth bag for carrying items such as tissues, notebooks, etc. We also attached a plastic bag for used tissues or other items needing to be thrown out. The tray is sturdy and firmly attaches.

I bought this food tray to install on 3 wheel rollator. I used the tray, 6" x 14" x 1/4" Poplar board, #8-32 x 1" bolts with washers and lock nuts., 4 wall mount broom holders, 3 5" L Brackets, decorative adhesive shelf liner. Everything went together without much difficulty, This tray is very sturdy and should allow me to snap the tray on and off very quickly.Added: I added 2 gray Velcro straps (industrial Strength - 15 pounds) to hold tray in place. The aluminum tubing for the handle bars are slightly smaller in diameter than the broom mounts and does not hold very snug at the top.

I just had a Hip Replacement and this tray came in so handy after surgery. Using a walker can be so cumbersome, but this tray helped me to carry things around with me including my coffee or book or even my pick up claw. I even had doctors compliment me on it on how clever it was to have. I recommend it to anyone who uses a walker. The only downside I had was trying to lower the tray was very difficult.

I was slightly worried whether this would fit on my walker, but it's perfect! I measured the width of the walker and it is 18.5" like the description says, so I was pretty confident that would be ok, but wasn't sure if the clamps would fit around the plastic piece that sits around part of the frame of my walker, but the clamps have some give to them and they fit great! Only problem I have is the small cupholder is just a tiny bit too small for the Yeti cup I usually use (like maybe 2 mm too small) and the large cupholder is way too big so if I'm not careful it will spill.

After hip replacement surgery, I got a very heavy bamboo tray that fit over the handles of my walker, forcing me to walk hunched over. ¡No bueno! This tray is MUCH BETTER! I can walk upright, and the larger cup holder can hold my 30 oz tumbler. The nice lip around the edge holds things in place, and the textured surface means things don't slide around like they did on the slick bamboo one.It took less than a minute to clip onto my walker (pay attention to the placement of the clips in the photo on the box), with no tools. It flips down when I don't need it, and flips up easily to carry drinks, meals, or whatever else I need. This is definitely helping me be more independent!

I read the reviews for this before I bought it, and found many positive ones. Most stated that having the tray on the front of the walker instead of inside the frame made walking so much easier, which I totally agree with. Several of the negative reviews complained that the tray was not level and their items slid off, and attached pictures of it being installed INSIDE the frame instead of on the front. If you install it CORRECTLY, it absolutely IS level! Duh! So don't judge the overall ratings as truth because it only reflects the amount of people who can't follow directions. The clips that attach to the FRONT of the walker are coated and stay in place very nicely. The tray is easy to lift and put back down, and does not interfere with the walker bag that I already had attached. It has been a huge help allowing me to carry food and drinks from the kitchen to the living room following my hip replacement surgery. The cup holders are very helpful to keep drinks in place while you're walking. I have also used it to carry a large couch pillow from the living room to my bedroom, a box of hangers into the laundry room, and a pile of laundry back to my bedroom. It is not flimsy at all - very sturdy. I highly recommend this walker tray.

This only works on certain size walkers, and I do Not think it's the standard ones. The walker it worked on was slightly more narrow than my dad's regular one, and it had funky feet. Not my dad's preferred walker, but it's the only one the tray fit.The hinge for folding it is also tricky. You have to mess with and jiggle each side to get the knotch moved to fold the tray. My dad has fine motor difficulties so this is not ok for him. Annoying AF to anyone else. In the meantime, the metal brackets feel pretty flimsy, so you find yourself being super gentle messing with it out of fear of breaking them.My dad said to keep the tray just in case. But it's been Several months and I'm pretty sure he has Never used it - or at least not more than once as a trial. The caveat to that is that half the reason is because he doesn't like the walker it's attached to. But we have no idea if it can support any real weight. I also am certain that he would never be the one to fold the tray as he wouldn't be able to - which defeats the purpose of having that particular design.I gave it as many stars as I did because the idea is a good one, and I'm giving the benefit of the doubt for not having used it much. Maybe someone who likes the only walker it fits on will be happy with it. But even if my dad used it regularly and happily, I'd probably still dock the 2 stars for the stupid hinge/brackets. Good idea, but bad execution of the idea.
