I initially bought this for camping. However, I found use for it on my patio as well. When camping, the flexible legs allow you to mount this almost anywhere. When camping, It's great as a critter warning as well as an alert if something/one is next to your tent after you're asleep. For patio use, same thing, critter warning. We've had skunks wander into the back yard a few times recently. Once, one came within 5 or 6 feet of me and I didn't notice until my wife said something because it was behind me. You'd think I would have smelled it. Well I didn't. Now I keep these lights positioned so that if an animal walks within a certain proximity, the light turns on. Works great.

This is a very good light to hang anywhere. I have one on my bars of my gazebo and one wrapped around a light fixture that I don't want on all night, but do want a light to go on if necessary. I works great. Will probably purchased two more.

I really like this light. So nice with the tripod base with legs which you can either use to hold the light up or use the tripod legs to bend to hang it so the light can be used so easily. I also like the magnetic base to hold it to metal when your working with the light. The light shines brightly making it a good work light. Super fast shipping and great price.

I like that this light has the tripod bottom. I was able to put it on a tree branch outside in a area that I can't get any other light to. This light is bright enough to light up the corner so that I can watch my dog while staying in the house (about 100 yards away). The motion sensor function is also very nice.

This is a great product. It can almost go anywhere. It has a magnet or a screw with a plate and even a tripod to put it wherever it needs to go. The motion detector works well and it lights the way at night. It isn't super bright like a wired in one but it does the job well.

The power switch has 2 settings - always on or auto, which is supposed to turn on when movement is detected. In the auto setting, the light remains on for about 15 seconds, turns off for a few seconds, then immediately turns back on even when there is no movement in front of the light. Furthermore, they are very cheaply made.

I bought two of these for a Halloween walk in the woods. They worked better than I expected. Great product!

Love placing these around my yard on the fence and deck. Especially in the darkest day it’s really nice to be able to see my dogs in the backyard. It is bright, easy to handle, and stays on the perfect amount of time. No complaints.
