King Soba 3-PACK Gluten Free, Organic Brown Rice Ramen Noodles 9.8oz - 4 noodle cakes in each package

It's so hard to find good tasting gluten free products and this one is as perfect as it gets. I've missed ramen noodles since going gluten free 5 years ago, and when I found these I was hopeful. Not only do they have a good taste, but they have a good texture, something hard to find in gluten free pasta. Finding good tasting gluten free AND organic pasta in my local grocery stores is almost impossible. Very happy with these, excellent price and I'll be ordering them regularly from now on.

I like that the noodles are versatile and an ok price for the amount you get. Happy that they are gluten free. I love that they are brown rice and not white as white rice is not a complex carb. It's difficult to season them up. Definitely not the same as ramen that I used to eat growing up but is definitely a good alternative.

Works as an easy lunch. I put it in a microwave safe container with some chicken bouillion, veggies, and some chicken. Add hot water from the water dispenser and then nuke it for 2-3 minutes, voila! Like all rice noodles, they tend to break up into little bits when agitated, and the price is a little steep or it would be 5 stars.

Absolutely love these! (Not a paid review). Even my kids who love the traditional Ramen, like these! So happy to find a healthy alternative to the junky conventional (chemical laden) Ramen noodles. I use a splash of gluten free Tamari , cubed sweet potatoes and Sesami oil for a tasty snack. So dang good!

I’ve tried several varieties of King Soba noodles and they’ve all been delicious and do not get mushy like so many other gluten-free pasta noodles. I like that they these ramen noodles don’t go straight like some other brands do. They keep their curliness just like regular ramen. I definitely recommend this product.

ok so just to begin... what the difference between this and ramen is it isalot healtier brown rice is main ingredient it is also ORGANIC and ramen actually has a dangerous substance in it whitch is why in sure is so cheap... cheap ingredients.... this product taste amazing I honestly can say who ever rated it one star or less than 5 stars must have no idea how to make iit and just made it wrong or is a competator I can honestly say this will be a regular purchase for me after discovering it Thank you!!!.

These are convenient and quick to cook. The package instructions say to cook for 2-3 minutes. I actually cook it slightly less so that it's still quite al dente. This way, when I pour my own broth/soup over the ramen, the noodles don't get soggy in the bowl while in the extra heat. Otherwise, if I'm making a cold noodle dish, I'll cook it just under 3 minutes, then put the noodles in a strainer and wash it with cold water to stop it from cooking more. If you overcook, the noodles fall apart. I find this to be one of my go-to foods when I don't have a lot of time and energy to make big meals.

i liked product for its texture and flavor. it cooked up quick and you can use in stir fry also.it is nice substitute if you are Gluten free and miss Ramen noodles
