not a bad product but hard to zip
it seems that like with many of these products, you must precisely align your assembly to permit the zipper to zip. I pulled a little too hard and the zipper detached from the fabric. I would also note that the cover is essentially the same material as for a heavy duty tarp. I am not complaining, but it has been my experience that tarps dont last more than about a year in the Florida sun. I hope a replacement cover is available at a decent price. I guess we shall see

Good utility tent
Considering the price point and the weight of fabric and the overall design and purpose of this tent, I think it is a good product. It meets my needs, which are not permanent. I like the design. If you have a lot of wind, you might need to anchor it a little better, but the instructions point that out, and it is obvious, anyway. For a utility tent with a modest lifetime expectancy, this is a well-executed, good design. If you want something that lasts many years, you have to go WAY up-market, and at that point other types of buildings, shipping containers, etc. compete. I was able to put it together by myself, but it would be nicer with two people.

This is NOT a a well made product.
While assembling the product the frame went together alright but the seams in the bottom of the material came apart while stretching the tarp over the frame. Our 1st snow the end of the tarp pulled off the frame and after all the snow was removed from the tarp and sides I was unable to get the tarp back over the end. I WOULD DEFINATELY NOT BUY ANOTHER ONE OF THESE !!!

Seems heavy duty. But you get what you pay for.
They never cut the slits to put the bottom poles in to hold it down tight. Definitely missed quality control for sure.

It didn't come with the wright tarp for the top of doesn't go to the ground.
Wrong top tarp to short and wasn't what I ordered at all the picture shows draw string on front, this one is not what the picture shows but, it is very sturdy. So far seller don't reply about the wrong top tarp.
