Update 4/7/2025:I don't take this every morning nor everyday. Just started out taking in the morning. I've noticed when I have low B-P (usually happens within an hour or less after eating) this helps raise it up. Low B-P makes me feel sleepy and awful. It upped my numbers 10 points each time I've tried when B-P was low. I was able to go out when I thought I was going to have to cancel my plans this last Saturday.3/18/2025 Original Review: For all those struggling with the packaging. Simply fold in half along the perforation length-wise. Slip your nail under the foil in the middle and pull from the middle inside towards the outer left or right side edge. I have had no troubles opening this way and I'm a 100 lbs, with little strength. No need for scissors or anything else to get pills out.I have taken on an empty stomach in the morning with coffee. No stomach upset. I typically struggle with constipation in general. These help me go to the bathroom within 20 min of taking. Despite being a round tablet, they aren't hard to swallow.I am hoping it will bring back my appetite, stop me from feeling lethargic and without energy.A lack of iron can cause loss of interest in intimacy and breathing issues, feeling like you're not getting enough oxygen/air. Hair Loss as well. I suffer from all of these. I don't know if this will help as of yet, but it doesn't upset my stomach nor constipate me. Hooray!Also, Fumarate is found in nature and is a metabolite, meaning you can metabolize it better than any other form. It has the highest amount of Elemental Iron at 33% vs. other versions such as Ferrous Sulfate or sulfuric acid which is corrosive and Elemental Iron is only 20% and Gluconate form Elemental Iron is 12% per article online from Medical News Today.

Now these are great!! They do not upset the stomach , seem to be doing its job, and the constipation associated with iron pills isn’t so bad, manageable. But the best is no stomach irritation- great

Just the right medicine I needed and the right price

I don't know why its not easy to find Ferrous Fumarate iron. I got this because my other brand was out of stock. The tablet it's self is fine its iron does the job. I don't like the packaging. I opened all the blister packets and put all the bills in my old bottle.

This iron supplement is the best for low iron. I had an oncologist recommend specifically and said with the other OTC brands you will only get minimal absorption. I can tell when I start taking this that my energy improves and I don't feel sluggish anymore. I have been using this for years and continue to by this product and the quantity for the price is very economical. I would highly recommend it.

Good product

I would have liked to seen the box shown on all four sides in the description. The Ferrous/Fumarate 324/ Tablets on the front panel is misleading. I am anemic to the point where I must take 625mg per day. The labeling does indicate that the 324 on the front of the box is a numeric identifier for pharmacy purposes. When I received the package I could see that the value is clearly stated on the side panel of the box as 106mg of elemental iron FROM 324 mg Ferrous Fumarate. 100 Tablets is indicated at the bottom of the front panel. I'm sure those of us who review the packaging before we buy anything figured out what the labeling was trying to tell us. But it wasn't until I received them did I discover the actual daily value of one tablet. Please have the description reworded. The product is a good product. The way it is wrapped for protection, safety and security is commendable. The purchaser will have to adjust the dosage to their doctors prescription.
