Expectations exceeded
I bought these to add intensity to my work out and also cushion my knees. They are perfect. They are also easily transportable and allow me to exercise while on my road trip.

great for balance and core exercises
There are amazing for supporting core and balance exercises - helping out small muscles in ankles and feet. I get a great workout using these! Couldn't inflate without buying another tool however.

Love the BOSU pods! I like that I can take them anywhere! I also love that I got these as a pack of 4. I can keep two at home and take two with me to work or out of town trips.

You might not receive everything
I did not like that I ordered this product and it did not come with everything it was supposed to have. It was supposed to have 2 grey and 2 blue. I only got two grey and one blue. They work fine but wish I got what I paid for. But I only got part of what I paid for.

Boss balance pods
There is supposed to be 4 of them in the box only got 2 and the box was NOT sealed at all. So who know if they were ever in the box. Didn't realize what I was getting but was supposed to be 4.of them. Not right

Bought this for family member who had injury to the last metatarsal on his foot. This is useful to strengthen the ankle and feet and can be used whilst seated or standing.

Those are, clearly, not the full size Bosu that we typically see at the gym. They are, however, a great addition to my home gym! I love them! :)
