Bought the exact same product at Bed, Bath and Beyond - and there were definite differences in quality, texture and softness and even size.

Defective items sent to me
I had already owned a set these sheets and are nothing short of a dream. However, their, being the second set, and rough and itchy. Either it was a manufacturar error or the distributor sent a leftover defect set. I can’t get in touch with the seller. I feel wripped off.

Wamsutta is no more
I just want to ask where Amazon is getting these from because Wamsutta was bought by Bed Bath and Beyond, which was bought by someone else. I don't believe anyone manufactures Wamsutta sheets anymore. Quite a few people are saying these sheets are real Wamsutta sheets -- did someone buy the name and start making inferior sheets? Just curious. Wamsutta sheets used to be great.

Poor Quality
I've always loved Wansutt'as smooth soft sheets. These sheets are rough, similar to the very cheapest sheets. It is hard to believe these sheets are the real thing?
