Why did you pick this product vs others?: So good!!! Arrived sooner than expected and fresh. Just the right amount of filling, soft bread. Smaller loaf than I thought it would be so definitely will order more than one next time. Value for money: Worth the money Filling: Just the right amount of ube filling. Texture: Soft, fresh bread texture and taste. Moisture level: Not dry at all.

I really enjoyed the UBE loaf for breakfast. The content of the UBE on the loaf is enough...not just little or overwhelming to the taste for someone like me who loves UBE. Not artificial UBE flavor but deliciously satisfying! I even shared it with my husband and he also enjoyed it. The portion was generous. I also love warming them up before eating. I live in the middle of nowhere so it’s hard to get my hands on Ube. I am part Filipina and I always look forward to ube and other Filipino treats. So when I saw this listing I knew I had to try this. The bread was so fresh! I really wish there was more ube in it. It was actually a bit disappointing. I expected there to be more ube in it. The ube was soft and creamy. The flavor was very light. I would’ve loved a stronger ube flavor. Nonetheless, this was SO yummy! I will buy it again. It was fresh and delicious. It shipped very fast, too. I got my package within a few days. I hope to see more ube treats in the future. I cannot find ube anywhere around me so ordering on amazon is my next best bet

I was really craving Filipino baked goods. I first did a search for "ensaymada" on Amazon. No ensaymada came up on the results, but this ube loaf did! Based on the positive reviews, decided to go for the three-pack. It arrived this morning and had it with my morning tea. YUM!! Very tasty and fresh. Just the right amount of sweetness for me. Very pleased with this purchase, I will definitely order again. Will probably try other options from Gwenie's Pastries too.

I liked it, but I like all Chinese pastries, it’s ok, kinda pricey, taste fresh, buy this instead of their hopia, lol

I was a bit adamant to buy this but I’m so glad I did. This is the best ube loaf I have tasted so far and ube is my favorite. The bread is very soft and tasty - the sweetness of the ube is just right and blends well with the bread. I ordered one for my best friend in california. Thank you Gwenie for making such great pastries. Next up is the torta de cebu. Yum!

It was not exactly what I expected, not in a good way. It is not my first time buying ube bread. The ube didn't taste real at all. I wish that I could returned it but I do not believe in returning edible.

They arrived quickly via usps priority mail and my family and I enjoyed the fresh loaves with milk and coffee. Our youngest is 4 and she wanted to eat all the "purple stuff." I love these ube loaves because they're the perfect sweetness, however, I'd pay more for more ube filled yumness! Will definitely be ordering more and trying other goodies made by Gwenie!
