Highly recommended!
The iSpring whole house filter is extremely effective in filtering water, specifically well water in southern Alberta. Changing filters was simple and quick. Although it was helpful that the person that changed the filter was the one that installed the system. For my part, it was ordering the system and filters and communicating with Francis with iSpring. Francis provided exceptional service and gave me helpful and professional advice on more than one occasion. Much appreciated! Thank you again. The attached "after" photo shows how effective the filter is!

Great customer service
Great Customer Service! I unknowingly threw away a small adapter that was part of my whole home Big Blue setup located on the carbon cartridge. I realized when the replacement cartridges arrived and it wasnt part of the cartridge. Nick took care of my issue even though it is not a part that is sold separately by sending me out a replacement as a goodwill gesture to keep my water system running. Much appreciated Nick. iSpring is a solid company to deal with.
