Junkers Watch G38 GMT 6946-5

Beautifully crafted and practical "Made in Germany" watch if you need to keep track of an extra time zone. The details on the dial create a real retro, almost steampunk vibe. On the wrist, it has a high-quality heft to it without being heavy. I'm very pleased with this, and would recommend it if the style suits your tastes. (By the way, the brand name is pronounced "Yoonkers" in German for those who might feel put off by the English meaning of the brand.)

This watch is shown on the Amazon web page with a great looking black strap (first picture), which I believe is the more recent standard stock strap for this watch. Unfortunately some watch distributors are still selling the watch with the rather hideous brown strap that I received from Clicktime (second picture). My advice: contact the seller before you purchase to make sure you're getting the right strap.

The GMT hand really works, independent of you local time zone. This quartz version keeps time within 4s/month too, and makes a great navigator's watch. Love the cream dial!
