It feels extremely sturdy and works very well, both for work shoes and for leisurewear. Works nicely, your feet slips right in even if you don't wear socks (but you probably should). It even came with a second one so my mother has one now, too! Feels very weighty in my grip and surprisingly solid for the price. It doesn't flex or bend even if you apply pressure by putting your shoes on while standing. It's not quite as big as some of the alternatives but it's just long enough that you don't have to bend over too far.
